Terrible staff, the only thing they can do is sell you a phone charger, disgusting service, they didn't want to do anything, one went to dollorama, the second.it is not clear at all what is doing there in this store.does the company have no professional workers? Better close this store. Another thing is the store on the cote des neige - excellent service, there is no such thing anywhere else

Worst service! The staff is incompetent. The young guy didn’t want to activate order that was announced on the website. He didn’t want to contact support to get assistance. He didn’t even want to try to see what he can offer you. The girl went away to Dollarama and apparently, considering other comments, she does it all the time, especially when customers walk in the store. Not even sure why these people work there - they don’t give you any service at all! If you need anything from Rogers, I highly recommend their location at Côte-des-Neiges which offers great service.

Horrible treatment. While the store was still open, It took only few minutes to solve our problem but the lady with long black hair wearing glasses didn’t have enough patience to serve us because she was upset that she didn’t have enough time to go to the Dollarama store for her personal reasons and also had the audacity to tell her colleagues not to interact with us and asked us to leave the store because by that time it was already closed. We waited for her to leave and when her colleagues including her left all together, they saw us sitting on the bench in front of the store. We told the woman who was rude that we would write a report on her and in her response she ignored, blew a kiss and walked away with an attitude. Completely disappointed by such unprofessional behaviour.

Pire expérience. Quand je suis rentrer, les employés jouer avec leur téléphone, accueil zéro, le petit gars pas intéressé à travailler, il me répond «  tu pert mon temps, tu dois savoir qu’est ce que tu veux? ! ».

Be aware that they have list where you should sign as they will not inform you aboit it. If you are not signed, you will be treated after other custoners.

Worst customer service I ever received. Employees are good at selling without properly explaining plans. Also got bribed into taking signing up for their credit card

Why don't you set a line there, few people come after me but served first, worst experience ever!

The clerk was nice BUT they get confused by the simplest question. If they can’t SELL you something they’ll say we can’t help. Tampis

I called several times during the day and no one was picking up the phone. I went to the store for nothing and they weren't even busy.

My complain is That place Angrignon Montreal charged 45$ to set my phone or to but a case protection. So I went to the wow kiosque which this man had to redo everything for crée.cause thons sera not well donc.
Allo i was supposé to get a créé tablet With the promo.they all say That. I would like to have my crée tablet

Service courtois mais n'ont pas toujours accès corriger/respecter le contrat tel que négocié au système. Dois quand même recontacter la centrale. Donc encore de l'attente.
