Je lève mon chapeau aux deux représentants qui m’ont accueillie aujourd’hui afin de régler mes problèmes avec Rodgers. Ils ont été efficaces, professionnels et d’une grande gentillesse. Vivement un détour à ce magasin quand j’aurai à changer ou à modifier mes services téléphoniques! Je vous recommande chaudement en ligne et à mon entourage!

COMPLETELY CHANGING MY PAST REVIEW: IT’S A SCAM.

Hadi made us a price and talked like 3 hours long for nothing. After 5 months finds out that it was a scam and I am paying 40 dollars more than what he said. Can’t find honest sellers anymore! That’s 2023!

I hesitated a lot before joining Roger’s family, but thanks to Hadi I went straight on without any doubts! Hadi was just amazing. He took the time to explain everything, attentioned to ours needs and very competent. Il connait tout et prends le temps de t’expliquer et de te donner plusieurs options pour que tu puisses prendre la meilleure decision pour toi, celle qui te convient le plus. They have beautiful plans with iPhones. Go there!

Hadi was excellent! I had completely broken my old iphone and he helped me efficiently to replace the phone as affordable as possible, including data transfer and setting everything up perfectly!

I am simply impressed by the service I received at this store! Jacky and Hadi are very patient. Jacky is very knowledgeable, he takes the time to explain every details end ensure you get the best of it. He also gives a lot of advices. The data transfer from my old to new phone took forever but neither Jacky nor Hadi made me feel uncorfortable or pressured, they actually offered me glass of water and a snack. Jacky ensured everything was in order before I leave the store. I recommend this store 100%.

Just want to give Zaki, who works for the st Denis store a 10/10… I went with my mother to change her plan and he was patience, pleasant and informed. I’m in customer service myself and I was impressed.

My husband and I went to this location today and we received horrible service so we just left. There were 2 employees in the store; the girl was not wearing a mask but put it on when we arrived. As we were opening the door, she extremely rudely told us in French to wash our hands (assuming we spoke French) without even greeting us and before we could even make it to the bottle of sanitizer.
She then got on the phone ignoring us, and the store manager kept talking to us in French from far away. When he realized that we were speaking English, he told us "come to me, can't you see she's on the phone? ", very rudely. We attempted to look past this disastrous welcoming and ask for the phone plans they offered and we were just shown a screen from very far away and with very little confidence or explanation given as to what the plans where about. We left and went elsewhere.
We absolutely DO NOT recommend this location for a phone plan, we ended up going to Telus on Mont-Royal street just 5 minutes walk from there. You will get much better service at that location.

Service à la clientelle exceptionnel, et en particulier avec cet ange-gardien dont le première lettre du prénom est H. Toute ma reconnaissance et bien sûr, je réfère avec enthousiasme!

Extrêmement satisfait du service reçu, Robert a été courtois et très professionnel. Je recommande cette succursale sans hésiter!

Pire sevice à la clientèle que j'ai connu de ma vie! Malgré la pluie, ils te font attendre 1 heure dehors alors que nous sommes maintenant en zone verte donc pas de limite de clients à l'intérieur, du moins plus que 2! Lol De plus, pire attitude de la représentante qui m'a servis. Vraiment, dernière fois que je me présente la bas!

Très mal accueillie par la fille qui travaillait ce jour-là, elle était très froide et ne voulait pas m’aider losrque je lui si demandé s’il elle pouvait appeler le service à clientele quand il y avait très peu d’achalandage dans la boutique. Son ton était agressif et déplaisant alors que je voulais uniquement savoir si un modèle d'un telephone en particulier qui vient de sortir était en stock. Ses deux collègues étaient bien plus agréable et respectueux.

Best Rogers Store in Montreal. I have been to this store twice and both time I was welcomed by great staff who is extremely friendly and helpful, a big shout out to the store manager Robert Lin. Robert is a great person, very understanding, and has awesome customer-support skills. So I wanted to take a minute and write this review to thank the staff.

Hadi and Robert were both excellent in customer service when I needed to change phones a few weeks ago. They made the experience really enjoyable while being super efficient.

Nous avons reçu un accueil très froid de la part du commis Hadi de la boutique Rogers sur St-Denis. Ensuite, après plusieurs minutes à discuter d'un forfait pour un Samsung S10, il nous dit qu'il n'y a pas de S10 en stock à la boutique! Nous avons vraiment de la difficulté à croire cela car c'est un des téléphones les plus vendu. Nous ne retournerons probablement jamais à cette boutique.

Good client service and reasonable packages for cellular, home phone, Internet and cable TV services. Businesses are well served too!

I have been to this Rogers store 4 times in the past few years and service has always been rapid and courteous. Would highly recommend.
