Des vrais INCOMPÉTENTS! Gros bravo à l’ébéniste qui a monté la penture du centre de ma porte au mauvais endroit, même avec l’ancienne porte comme référence! 2 Mai 2023

Horrible customer service. I purchased a U-channel molding and asked to have it cut. The person said we don't do that I replied that I am handicapped and can't do it. He said that the saw will damage the metal and when I said it is a corner cut he refused to do it. I say it is just LAZY LAZY LAZY. Noone was even in the store. Employes like that should be fired. I went to the small hardware store on Center st. Lavoie Hardware they cut the molding perfectly without even charging me. Thank you Mr. Lavoie for helping me. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THAT RONA AGAIN. Shame on you Rona.

Service client horrible. J'ai acheté une moulure en U et j'ai demandé à la faire couper. La personne a dit que nous ne faisions pas cela, j'ai répondu que je suis handicapé et que je ne peux pas le faire. Il a dit que la scie endommagerait le métal et quand j'ai dit que c'était une coupe d'angle, il a refusé de le faire. Je dis que c'est juste PARESSEUX PARESSEUX PARESSEUX. Personne n'était même dans le magasin. Des employés comme ça devraient être licenciés. Je suis allé à la petite quincaillerie de la rue Centre. Quincaillerie Lavoie ils ont parfaitement coupé la moulure sans même me facturer. Merci monsieur Lavoie de m'avoir aidé. JE NE MAGASINERAI PLUS JAMAIS CHEZ RONA. Honte à toi Rona.

Mention spéciale aux employés qui ont été tous aux petits soins pour nous et on fait l'extra mile.

J’étais allé à un autre magasin du même genre quelques moments avant d’arriver à celui-ci; et la difference m’a sauté aux yeux. J’ai été étonné du service rapide, professionel et humain que j’ai reçu ici. Dès que je suis rentré on m’a accueilli et demandé comment on pouvais m’aider, mais pas d’une manière robotique! On a reglé çà en moins d’une minute et le service à la caisse était agréable. J’ai le gout d’y retourner, merci à l’équipe Rona St-Henri!

I love that this is in the neighborhood. It's small and unassuming but this store is packed and has everything you need! There's even a second store. It's tight and dark in there, don't expect It a giant home depot experience here, you come here, get what you need, leave. Simple. Baseboards, glue hardware, lights etc. I especially like the wood selection and shop next door. I've come here to get pieces of wood and cut (1.25$+tx per cut) for various projects like rustic ladder and poster frame rail saving me tons of money by doing it myself vs buying. To buy the wood, you need to pay inside the shop and then pick it up at the woodshop. You can check out what they have first at the woodshop, then go to the store to let them know what you're getting and pay then go back to pick it up.

They even have small wood crates you for less than 11$ and they're great! You can stain them if you want. Everyone there is always nice and helpful, especially the lady at the cash.

There is an ébéniste on site, there is a large room tucked away with big machinery, you can get custom projects made (I made a custom support for a pegboard) that charged 60/hr for the labor (45 minutes = 45$) + material

This is subjective, but the location is great. The store hours aren't really that great, (closes at 6pm weekdays, closed Sundays), but the service there is usually awesome. I don't usually require assistance, but they always have more than enough staff that it isn't too long a wait is you need to speak to someone and more often than not, you don't 3ven have to ask. They are always premptively ask you if you need help. On rare occasions it can get a little disruptive when you been asked 4-5 times, but that isn't really a negative. It's just me.

They are usually very knowledgeable about the stock on their shelves and if the person you're talking to isn't 100% sure, someone close by usually is.

Great selection of tools, accessories, cleaning supplies and building materials you'd need for just about any home or commercial project. For more specialized tools/accessories, their sister store on Notre Dame is 5 mins away which they can call if needed to verify stock/availability.

No real major complaints about this store. I would give 5 stars, but taking 1 off for store hours.

The service was amazing, well above what I'd expected. The employee was really concerned about my needs. The store doesn't look big but there's actually a lot of things packed in here. Love it. I think I just found my go-to hardware store.

Pretty helpful, was asked by almost 4 different people if I had everything I needed and if they could assist me. Checkout was very quick and easy. Convenient parking behind the store.

Les gars de la cours à bois sont des 6 stars dudes qu’ont se comprennent bien. Mais la team dans le rona est niochonne en ti-pepere: S pas vite vite, totons, aller y et vous verrez ce que je dis

Quoi dire de Mossir El Baraka! Un excellent conseiller. Nous sommes en train de rénover notre cuisine et nous avons très bien conseillé. AUCUNE VENTE À PRESSION! Au contraire très sincère de sa part.
Sincèrement j'ai aimé ma expérience dans cette quincallerie privé de Rona.

Le service est très très bon. Le spécialiste au comptoir de peinture est vraiment excellent. L'accueil est très bon, tous les employés sont très gentils et serviables.

Called to check for select grade lumber, said they had some. Drove from south shore, only to find out their "select grade", is actually grade 2. Very dissapointed.

Its a nice little Rona in the neighborhood. Pretty much have everything. The staff are really helpful.

Un service à la clientèle très professionnel. Du personnel qualifié. Les employés ont envies d’aider et trouvent efficacement des solutions. Je recommande cet endroit. Beaucoup plus courtois et pro que certaines grandes surfaces.

Meilleure quincaillerie du sud-ouest de Montréal. Les employés sont très aidants et agréables. On y trouve de tout dans la cour à bois.

Very helpful staff and relatively good selection of items. What I was looking for was on the second floor, but they had no electricity at or and I was with my 7 month old in a stroller. A staff member happily went to get the item upstairs for me. Very kind and nice people work there.
