The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and can always point you to the right expert when they don't know the answer to your questions.

A large variety of items for pretty much any project you need to undertake.

Out of twenty items I went to purchase they had 4. They sell airTools that they don't have nails for just not the greatest place for anyone doing repairs or Reno's I only gave 1 star because you cannot post if you don't give one

Tiny Rona.although surprisingly they manage to carry alot of simple household need repairs in stock.anything specific I wouldn't bother coming here.

Je suis pas fan de Rona. Mais la avec le service de scie a panneau vous venez de regagner des points. Excellent service courtois au matériaux comparativement à mon souvenir. Merci

This is a very well equipped store. It is bright with nice lighting unlike other big box stores that depend alot on skylights. The shelves are full and the selection of different qualities colors and sizes helps the decision making. I was looking for a specific plumbing fitting and the employee was extremely helpful in looking at all possibilities

Aucun pot en période de transplantation. Juste des caches pot comme l'année passée. D'après moi il y a un gérant qui a aucune connaissance en horticulture. Un cache pot n'est pas un pot! Vous avez perdu 2 années de suite une cliente qui aurait dépensé plus de 200$ et + en pot chez vous!

Excellent service. C'est une grande surface mais l'attitude qu'on y retrouve chez les employés est celle qu'on retrouve dans les plus petites surfaces. Tres avenante, tres proactive.

Did not find all I needed BUT got wonderful service from a young clerk who went above & beyond to get me solar powered batteries for an outdoor lamp from the store’s last years stock stored on the second level of the seasonal department racking.

Brought a hybrid BBQ with unbeatable price and they helped me put that thing into my jeep in which space was little smaller as compared to bbq. Overall very satisfied

It's a great place the staff was able to help us with our questions in English and we pick up a Samsung microwave, keep up the great work

Bien apprécié l'aide de Philippe qui m'a aidé à charger un gros colis dans ma voiture même si son quart de travail était terminé. Il a même refusé de prendre un pourboire.

Je suis aller pour un échange. On ma fait attendre 15 minutes pour me rembourser. Le caissier avait une sale attitude. Quand je suis revenu à la caisse avec un item 2 fois plus dispendieux il ma dit en anglais "you have the right one this time? ". Ce n'était pas nécessaire. Ma suggestion serait de le mettre à la porte.

Premièrement je veux être servi en français. Deuxièmement je perds 45 minutes de ma journée pour échanger un produit qui ne convient pas et j'en prend un plus cher. Ça va déjà asser mal dans mes renovations et je n'ai pas besoin en plus qu'on me fasse de l'attitude. Je suis resté poli patient et calme tout le long malgré tout.

Les produits offerts ont baisser en qualité dernièrement. Les pièces de plomberie qui vissent sont a éviter car elles coulent. Les mêmes pièces au home dépôt ne coulent pas.

C'est certain que je vais désormais aller magasiner ailleurs à l'avenir.

Le "petit" Rona où les employé te dise d'aller au "gros" Rona sur la principal. J'suis aller au Canac à la place.

Personnel est très correct, qualifié et connaît bien son métier. Très amical et prend tout le temps pour répondre le mieux aux attentes de la clientèle. Bravo, l'équipe!

Le commis à la caisse Raphaël est très aimable et serviable. Il est toujours souriant et répond à nos questions et demandes.
