RONA Matériaux Pont-Masson / Roxboro

This will be my last stop at this store, great service in store, don't get me wrong, but the yard is another matter. Poorly staffed and willnot let you pick through lumber to get decent wood, expecting you to pay hundreds of dollars for product and giving you the wood that is picked through. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Believe me if they offered less then 1 star they would be getting it.

Today, First time dealing with Pont-Masson and for sure it won't be the last! Excellent service and price. Thank you for your professionalism!

This place is good now for local busness! But only problem They are close on sunday.i know they have lack of stuff but at lease keep the store open instead of outside things

Can you please try to open on Sunday as peoples need all the things on weekends.

Very bad experience with sales people there, very unfriendly and uncooperative, not wanting your business, don’t waste your time there

As of late service has improved. Still a small store with limited selection. Good if you need something in a pinch. Good lumber yard.

Exceptional personal service for all your construction and home project, a true neighbourhood store with the convenance of closeness of everything.
I personally do not enjoy going to a big hardware store, feeling lose in between the bolts and nuts. There is always someone here giving me the best recommendation and idea about what I plan to do. Some called them salesman, but I called them technical advisor.
For the service, I should have given 5 stars. Taking into consideration that sometimes you might not be able to find the exact product you wanted. I am giving 4 stars, happy ones.

Was pleasant and I had good service and found what I need very quickly. Shelves are well organized. COVID 19 DISTANCE AND HAND WAS IS CLEAR TO BE SEEN.

They wouldn't let me enter with my child. Pandemic or not, don't make arbitrary rules. You're in a residential area. I'm never coming back here again. I'll drive an extra 10 minutes to go to Reno dépôt or home Depot. I spent a few thousand dollars here last year. Kiss that goodbye.

This has been my hardware stores for years. Was scared we had lost it, but the new owners are amazing and have made great improvements! Great service.

This place does not know what customer service is about. If you ask questions they look at you as if you know nothing. They don't take the time to answer. It's close by so if you need something quick and have no time to go to a larger place like HD then you can try your luck there. Good luck trying to return or exchange so.ething though. The selection is limited so beware.
