Je suis aller pour acheter un ventilateur, apres 4 employés ne comprenant meme pas le francais, fini par trouver une qui a su m'aider, pire experience ds une quincaillerie!

J'ais essayé d'avoir un disjoncteur mais personne ne s'est présenté après appel au micro.
Compagnie vraiment en déclin

I bought a generator at Rona 4 days ago. It is defective. I called Customer Service and was told to bring it back for an exchange (I didn't want my money back). When I arrived at the Customer Service desk for the exchange, I was told that they could not exchange it due to the fact that I had put gasoline in it. Now they want 3 months to send it for repair! How can we know it is defective if we don't put gas in? A terrible customer experience!

Now they say they want to help and give me a phone number to call. When you call the number, it is actually Lowes, and the agent has no idea what to do with this. She can't even read the review!

Conclusion: They offered me a 10% discount for future purchases, up to $100. In other words, I can get $100 as long as I spend another $1000. What a joke!

All kinds of speed bumps and stop signs

This Rona and the one in Cote Vertu have some of the worse parking lots.makes you wanna drive to Home Depot instead.

Nothing but positive stuff to say about the staff at Rona in Pierrefonds. The young men that were there on a Monday evening were so helpful and knowledgeable. Kudos to these employees for a job well done and to the store management - they are clearly doing something right.

Terrible Store with really poor Client Service.

There is a business rule in the US - Client is always right.
In this Rona, I believe, the rule says - Client is always a Looser.

Had to buy some paint urgently. Spent my lunch break to get their. Waited 25 mins and three times had to ask personal to send smbd to the paint isle. And only after that was told at the Client Service Isle that "paint person" is lunching and they do not have nobody else to replace.
I have wonderful experience in some other Ronas though.

So, have a nice meal, definitely, and hope your lunch was tasty and peaceful, cause my wasn't.
But I'll buy paint at some other store, maybe even at Home Depot ;-)

Lower prices than other competitors. Muhammad at paint section is a kind gentleman and very helpful. Overall staff are friendly.

Have shopped here many times and have always had great experiences. They always have what I'm looking for in stock. The staff is also very helpful and knowledgeable at this rona location. After a few bad experiences at both home depot and reno depot, I'm exclusively shop at rona now!
