Horaire d’ouverture beaucoup trop restreint. Ferme à midi le samedi et fermé le dimanche. A se demander pourquoi ne pas carrément fermer la succursale. Clairement vous ne voulez pas faire de vente aux particuliers.

Found exactly what I needed for a simple project and the guy in the lumber yard even went through the pile to look for straight pieces for me.

Était les seuls à avoir ce dont j'avais besoin. J'ai eu un service hors pair.

A bit of a rough start after Rona took over for Marcil a few years back but lumber quality is back up to what it was. Service in the yard could use a bit more work; i am often waiting 5-10 mins just to get someone to help me find everything I need. However, the contractors desk is a well oiled machine, they are very helpful.

UPDATE: Management is ruining everything. Whoever is managing this Rona is simply not doing their job properly. What little staff is left do not know how to do their job fully. It should never take 30 minutes to do a return. The staff that knew what they were doing were relocated to other Ronas.

Management needs to get it together.

I was a bit upset of the lack of communication between stores that delayed my delivery, but all said and done I will definitely keep going to Rona.

Quand c'était Marcil, c'était à la portée. Mais depuis que Rona est là, méthode américaine des prix. Il n'y a que le service et le personnel qui sauvent la mise sinon c'est à fermer.

Excellent service. Nombreux employés qui connaissent leur affaire. Ce n'est pas un immense Rona.
