Staff no too helpful about sizing and finding items which were not on the shelf. It seemed that everything was too much for them. Also the dressing rooms were really dirty and dusty. Need a good cleaning.

Toujours de très bons produits mais très déçue par l'accueil des vendeurs.
Dans les boutiques Roots de Vancouver et de Québec City, les vendeurs sont sympathiques et avenant, là on avait vraiment l'impression de les déranger.

Great brand but size options are very limited. Most options have only xxs and xxL available. Staff is helpful but needs to be asked for help.

J'adore ce magasin, leurs vetements et leur qualité inceoyable. Je retire une toile car c'est quand même un peu cher

Good staff service, helped me to get right size for my friend gift, good choices and collection even they called another near store for size for me, I even collected it after they reserve

I was able to order what I wanted and had it delivered. Delivery was fast and item was well packaged. The staff nice and accomodating.

Que des articles Made in China, à croire qu'au Canada, comme aux USA, on ne sait rien fabriquer (à part quelques paires de chaussettes fabriquées en Ukraine). Catégorie de vêtements "non genrés", c'est le pompon. Personnel sympathique.

The store's staff are very friendly, helping and bilingual (from the entrance to the changing room), I couldn't find what I was looking for by myself, suddenly, a certain hero named Sabrina showed up to assist me and offered me a look at the store's website as well, ended up finding a beautiful CHEMISE and in-stock too. Purchase secured. (Hello management, the convergence rate and stuff ;) )

PS: I don't mind employees keeping eye on clients (people do steal to be honest) AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING THERE ASSISTING CLIENTS IN THE POST-PANDAMIC TIMES!

I've never reviewed before yet this time I would like to encourage the staff by doing so. Definitely revisiting:)

Le magasin est grand, beaucoup de choix d'article et comme toujours à Montréal, le service est de qualité, bienveillant et souriant.

Racist store. Absolutely horrible. I walked in with my nephews who immediately started looking around for what they possibly wanted to buy. I hung around the front of the store in the shoe section when out of the corner of my eye I saw the lady at the front radio someone in the back to start following my nephews.

I was in utter shock. I walked to the back and observed the second coworker immediately tail my 18 year old nephew and his sister. Unaware as they look at clothing.

I immediately called them to exit the store and mention my disapproval to the second clerk so just waved at me. While walking out, I mentioned the same disapproval to the front store clerk who profiled these young brown kids and was immediately told that she did no such thing. I responded that I heard her radio it in, as I was standing behind her.

No apology, but then she all of sudden remembered and said it was policy for associates to follow large groups.

We were the only people of color in the store. No one seemed to be following the white customers.

Just incredible that in this day and age you can be so blatantly racist and think it’s ok.

Never shopping at this store again. Absolutely disgusting.

Anyone who goes to roots looking for anything but sweatpants is in the wrong store, roots makes sweatpants, and really, really good ones. Their staff knows a lot about which sweatpants are the best, and while they are a little bit pricey, they are well worth it. Seriously just go buy a pair and you'll see exactly what I mean.
