I had the worse experience ever. I just wanted my eyebrows plucked. The tweezers used were so sharp and with each little hair pulled, I had sores. I went back to complain, she said sorry and that she threw her tweezers in the garbage. I guess! No refund. I could get it done again for free, but, I won't be returning.

What a gift for me to find Farial when I moved to Ottawa in 2021z

I am very particular about my eyebrows and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with them but Farial and the team at Rose Epilation. They are clean and precise and take a lot of care when they provide services.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Between the staff members they can serve you in many different languages including English, French, Hindi and Arabic.

The space is beautiful and clean. I see Farial once or twice a month for Face threading, facial and waxing. Farial has also done for me lash lifts, and when allergy season dies down, I plan to resume those as well!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the Ottawa - Gatineau area for Beauty services.

I have been getting facials and my eyebrows done here once a month since this salon opened. Rose Epilation au FIL is wonderful! This is the only salon that I trust to properly deal with my services. Their extensive knowledge and skill are truly unmatched. Highly recommend!

This is my regular go-to salon when I need any beauty services. They literally do everything from facials, to threading/waxing to eyelash extension and more. I love this salon so much that I stayed loyal to it even after I moved out of Gatineau I still go there for my beauty appointments. Farial and her girls are like a family to me. Totally recommend it

I have been going here for 2 years. Really like that they take walk-ins and it's quick. Usually there's always someone different doing my brows and that's fine as long as I explain what I want. Last time I was in though, I felt like the girl threading didn't listen to me or understand. I told her I liked the longer, "bushy" look and I just needed the strays cleaned up. She just kept trimming them until the hairs were way shorter than I wanted. She took so much hair off.another lady looked after and continued to cut! I even spoke up and said I didn't want them shorter and she kept cutting. I explained that I wanted the hair longer to cover a scar and they didn't listen, so now it's visible. Not happy.
Also, someone always tells me that I need microblading when I don't ask which I find kind of rude.

Service was great, however, they do not accept credit card which is odd, as when you book the appointment online - it asks you to type in the credit card information… also, in the website you have listed Amex, Visa, Mastercard. Maybe you should update your website. Hopefully I had my debit card handy.

I went to this place few days ago to get facial and I would say I really liked it. Farial was very professional and nice as she was known to me before. Would definately recommend this place to everybody.
