Good croissants but not so good coffee. Very few people seem to know what a cortado is but most think they do. Overall it was ok. I would go again but not my first choice.

C’est quoi qu’il vous ai arriver exactement. Je ne trouve pas les mots pour décrire mon expérience dans cette établissement. Je suis moi même dans le domaine de la restauration. Jai 35 ans de carrière, ce que j’ai vécus aujourd’hui est discriminatoire. Je rentre j’attend 15 minutes en ligne pas d’accueil d’accord il doivent être occuper, non même pas 2 clients m’incluant dans la 40 ans, j’ai calculer 13 minutes, pas de bonjour, passe à côté devant toi comme si tu n’exister pas. Poufff jeune fille habiller moulant et de belle allure ente! Tous de suite salut avec le sourire. En moins de 30 secondes servi merci à la prochaine. Pas de lavage de main, elle ramasse les cabarets salle sur la table du client sans demande, le passé dans la machine à laver, ne se lave même pas les mains et vient toucher mon sandwich. Le cuisiner en arrière-cuisine meme pas de cache barbe, prépare es sandwich, station sale. C’est quoi qu’il arrive, je peux comprendre que il manque bcp d’employé au Québec, mais c’est n’importe quoi.
J’ai compris, vous voulez pas de mon argent, ne vous inquiéter pas, je ne viendrais plus, c’est pas les restaurant qui manque sur saint Catherine.
Ps: ces avis à 5 Etoiles c’est n’importe quoi et ne reflète pas le service que je reçois depuis les 4 dernières moi. Une Etoiles j’ai été généreux en passant.

They forgot to prepare my coffee at a non peak hour. I gave them a few minutes though they seemingly were not busy with other orders. After finishing my pastry, I asked and they had in fact forgotten. None of the items were memorable in taste, so I would go elsewhere.

Employees are warm and friendly. The cafe atmosphere is nice, calm and sunny. It's just disappointing that the drinks are not that great. I ordered a london fog, took a sip and it was like drinking hot water with a stale tea bag. I went back to the counter and the barista told me she didn't have any Earl Grey so she subsituted it with Grean tea (? !? !). But she was kind enough to make me another drink of my choosing. I got a matcha and it was way too sweet with no taste of matcha, just pure vanilla syrup.

I strongly encourage the owner to train their employees by actually tasting the drinks they make. If you're going to be a coffee shop, surely you can do better.

Beautiful interior and accommodating staff! I requested for latte art, although they were not experts but still gave a try. Nutella croissant was delicious. Loved the ambience

Rossetti is a spacious, modern decorated, and nice café located in a strategic place in down town.
I ordered cappuccino and it was good. Also, I ordered chocolate tart and berries tart. Both tasted delicious and fresh, especially the chocolate one (chocolate tart is almost 6$ and the berries is 6$)
I have never tried the sandwiches and the croissant yet but they look fresh and delicious too.
There are two washrooms and they were filled and clean.
The server was nice and smiley.
All in all it was a nice experience and if you are looking to sit with your laptop or book to enjoy a cup of coffee with a delicious snack or treat, then give Rosetti a try?

I was here recently and got completely disregarded by both girls that were working there. I was standing in line up until I got to the till and the two girls working there both completely ignored me and helped people in line behind me twice! I thought it was a fluke until it happened again: (I decided to leave and will never be going back to that cafe again. It really is a shame. The staff need to be better trained.

Très bon Cappuccino et très bonnes viennoiseries. Les patisseries sont correctes. Rien à dire à part que c'est cher. L'endroit est souvent bondé les weekends matin.

I have been there multiple times and thankfully I always had good experiences. The service is positive, the employees give their 100%, the food is well presented and fresh.
I like their potato soup or carot lol, and I love their dessert, canolies, they are not too sweet.

I DO Recommend this place But.

Well i tried this place for different drinks the coffee is great and it has a Really Really good taste they also has good pastry? It's a bit pricey but it's Good, the only thing that I did not really like and i Hope that the owner can work on it to attract more clients, is the Wifi, at that location next to Concordia university and other 4 colleges, you should at least have 100 Mb/s. Because you are in the middle of downtown and many competitions with other stores, but unfortunately it does not go more then 15mb/s. I would love to have my coffee and enjoy my time in this beautiful well design Place. With a better fast internet connection.

A lot of flies flying in the cabinet where the pastries are. This place needs to improve their sanitation.

Le service est un peu chaotique mais le seule endroit où j’ai pu trouver du jus d’orange fraîchement pressé. Et le café est très bon. Les sandwiches à conseillé

I went this morning for breakfast and was very disappointed with the pastries. I come her often and was always satisfied with the choices and quality offered, but today I saw a huge decrease in them.

We came in at 10. There was a few choices of sandwiches available, they were all about the same with a different type of meat inside. There was a lack of meatless options. The salmon sandwiches (and there was only maybe 2) only came when we finished our meal.

The americano we got was way too hot. The ration of water to espresso was leaning too much on the water.

Let’s talk about the croissants and chocolatine. I have never seen pastries so poorly made for a bakery. Like I’ve said, I’ve been here numerous times and the croissants were always nice: flaky, buttery and crispy. Today, they fell flat. The were badly shaped, airy, without any layers. Definitely made with margarine. The chocolatine looked about the same, and they were smaller and flatter than usual. I could have gotten a box of 6 for about the same price.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but again, I was really disappointed.

I ended up paying $17 for a sandwich that was 3/4 bread.ridiculous. It was displayed in a way that didn’t show the back and made you think it was completely full, but when I opened the box it was only cut a quarter of the way in… so sneaky. I wish I could add a photo? I took one because it was that bad.

Delicious pastries, refreshing drinks (definitely grab an aperol spritz) and AMAZING customer service, such a great spot, would definitely come back!

I was left waiting for over ten minutes while all three staff stocked the pastry cases ignoring me. Then they asked me to pay while they packed up the pastries I had selected. No problem. Except they never packed the pastries. I had to remind them that I had ordered pastries and that I was waiting for them. The staff member then picked up the cannoli I ordered with her bare hands and got visibility annoyed when I asked her to please use tongs. I have had very good pastries here in the past so today I brought an out of town friend with me who I apologized to outside for the staffs obliviousness and the fact that their cannoli was grabbed without gloves or tongs. Quite frankly I don't think I'll be spending my money here ever again.

Pâtisserie succulent, j’y ai bu souvent du matcha. La qualité est variable en fonction du barista. Le prix est un peu élevé.

Je n'ai jamais vu de personnel aussi désagréable, de plus les tables sont sales et les viennoiseries sont rassis.
A fuir de toute évidence.

Quick efficient service; disappointed with sandwich no cheese no seeds grain on bread no tomato no greens bland

I've had two very enjoyable stops here. Lovely little cakes / tortes and coffee. Excellent, helpful staff. Very airy and comfortable space - especially love the front area under the atrium. I highly recommend a visit.

I am absolutely grateful for this new location of this Montreal based Coffee shop. All the pastries and food are amazing. Coffee is great, this places biggest advantage is the staff which get friendlier and nicer every time I visit! I should note that I come here very often so I might be biased.

Really nice service and the staff was patient to check all the ingredients for us because of the allergies. Sadly that all tarts are made with almond flour. So instead I tried their chocolate chip cookies, super thick and kinda soft in the center

La gérante n'est pas du tout professionnel.aucun bonjour, pas la lors de l'encaissement elle part en arrière sans ce préoccuper du client. Madame soyer professionnel.
