Un classique, une institution sur Saint-Denis. On trouve toujours ce qu’on cherche. Les vendeuses sont compétentes et gentilles, service attentionné comme il ne s’en fait que rarement. Heureusement c’est encore ouvert, j’ai eu peur que ce soit fermé, mais ils ont seulement déménagé a quelques portes! Longue vie à Rosetti!

The owner is really nice and I bought a pair of ballet shoes in about 10 minutes and they are awesome and very comfortable! I really recommend this place if you are looking for ballet stuff.

La boutique semble bien pour les chaussons de danse et les pointes. Cependant, j'ai trouvé très peu de choix de tailles pour les tenues (soit extrêmement petites, soit extrêmement grandes). On m'a même conseillé d'acheter un article visiblement trop petit pour moi (les invendus, il faut s'en débarrasser! Bonne stratégie de vente.). Les vendeuses n'ont pas été d'une grande aide: aucune proposition de commande d'articles. J'ai donc demandé. Cela semblait être inédit, voir osé. Je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles, tandis que j'avais besoin de cette commande! Une autre boutique fera l'affaire.

Date of visit: January 27. Friendly and thorough in-store service. What I needed was not in stock so they offered to order the shoes for me. I paid in advance and was told they should get the items within a week. That was four weeks ago and although they say they appreciate my patience, I'm running out of it. They first said it was on backorder, so I waited another week but no phone call from them. I keep hearing the same excuse over and over again. "We'll call you. ". No clear ETA. Had I known it would have taken this long to receive my shoes, I would NOT have ordered from them. Please do not make the same mistake I did and buy online yourself whenever possible.

This place is awesome! My daughter told me (last minute, of course), that she needed black flat ballet shoes for her performance tomorrow (she's not in ballet). Cue me, desperately trying to figure out where to go. This place has them, for a good price, and the lady who works there is SUPER helpful and friendly. 100% recommend. Also, note: apparently they just moved to 3945 San Denis (4 doors down from their old shop), and go down the stairs. So thankful for this place!

La nouvelle boutique est très belle et bien organisée. Toujours un plaisir d’aller faire un tour chez Rossetti et toujours aussi bien servi!

The woman working when I went there yesterday was incredibly patient and kind. I hadn't bought a leotard before and was anxious about it, and she explained everything I needed to know.
I'd absolutely recommend going here if you're new to needing dance wear.
Their pricing was also very good.

Fiona is amazing! Very knowledgeable, kind and patient. I have found my new favourite dance store post covid.
