Rossy

Pour moi la bannière Rossy n'est pas sans me rappeler les chaînes de magasins Miracle Mart ou Zellers. Et ce à cause des bas prix qui y foisonnent et qui permettent aux consommateurs ordinaires d'y trouver leur compte.

Les meubles de qualité douteuses très onéreux

Manque un décor
Une ambiance

Pas un lieu où je vais retourner

I love this store. Nice clothes for kids. Nice toys. Nice everything. Its not crowded. But i have never seen them make discounts.

Magasin de BS. Y'a une employé qui a travaillé 30 ans chez Rossy et elle a rien reçu lors de sa retraite. Le linge se déchire la première fois qu'on le met. Qualité de BS. Les patrons et les employés ne portent pas le masque.

Not the greatest store but will return as I thought they had a very good selection of goods including furniture which I was surprised at the quality of the goods compared to the Rossy's I remember.

Excellent I had to make an exchange today and the cashier helped me she was very pleasant even explained Tuesdays is seniors day! Extra discount fantastic.

Nothing to get excited about this place. Often messy with items that have fallen off the shelf, or careless shoppers who don't put anything back, but then again it seems like neither do employees.

Couldn't return/exchange blinds that were to small, 20 mins after purchase without the manager. Even with the same staff who know they sold me the item.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Waited in line for 15 min before another cashier came up to help. Once that cashier came up, she told me to come around to be served. By the time I got to the cash she was serving another customer and told me I will have to go to the end of the line. I left my stuff and exited the store. You have alot to learn about customer service Horrible.

Manque toujour quelle.que chose et quand je achète du linge faut que je lui dise quois faire pour enlever le.chose de métal car une fois javais acheter du linge pis il.a fais le chose sur le.linge jaingouter à dis ah oui je savais pas sont vraiment dans la lune

I went here before 12. The old lady with short brown hair did not say bonjour or merci to me. However she did so too the white customers before me and behind me.

Domage la caissière est seul les employés ont l'air endormi. J'ai attendue plus de 5 minutes à la caisse pcq il manquait des prix sur des items que la personne devant moi a acheté. Les prix ne sont plus compétitifs comme avant!

The prices are good. The cashier forgot to remove the alarm pin in an item I bought, resulting in some damage to it.

Rosti Sharon Lachine I will come here quite often clothes wise if you're somebody that's a extra large or larger this is not the place for you to be yes they say they're closed stop at 2x no they're not high quality or good quality I get a meteor over medium no matter what you do any kind of piece of clothing you get you wash your your hair dryer to you don't take a chance to shrink it shrinks anyways toys wise for children to have plenty of toys here I suggest people come on by the prices are not that bad you're not cheap but enough bad they do have a lot of specials here personal wise the people here are nice for the ladies aren't they always have Smiles they're always there to help you out so definitely I give it a five-star and definitely suggest people come on by and check things out

I worked here for a bit. The service is mediocre and the place is meh but if the staff were well paid and treated like valuable team members I'm sure the place would be a ten on five. Employers, you get what you pay for. ;•}

It's kinda like a small Walmart with name brands toys. It's got cheaper quality clothes and shoes. However the house and home section is pretty good. I don't really shop here for some reason.

My mothers and me we liked this place when you can not find something less expensive then you go there

Good store to shop people are nice, friendly and courteous, but what I don't like is when the product is not in the store and u get a rain check I never received it.
