Rôtisserie Scores

I was very much looking forward to this place as I am repeat customer. However I was disappointed to learn that they now charge almost 7.00 to add the salad bar but I realize the rising cost of food so I can somewhat understand. HOWEVER, they include nachos in the salad bar but have DISCONTINUED the nacho cheese as well as SEVERAL other items that used to be included. The one that stands out most for me is the chilli. So now they’ve even DELETED the meat.
So you charge and extra $7 and cancelled several items
I can’t say I’ll be returning but I must say the main courses were fresh and hot. So there is a possibility.
Really too bad I USED to looove this place.
Service was great also.

Yikes! I hope someone at Scores is paying attention to the MOST RUDE person taking food orders for takeout and delivery. She’s female and it happened around 6-7pm on 6/21 in Saint Laurent. Our family will now go elsewhere until this is situation is corrected.

Portuguese chicken was alright
Beer was abit warm
Atmosphere is decent service was good

Les serveuses sont égoïstes, elle choisissent par eux mêmes le tips sur la machine interac avant de me redonner la machine pour rentrer mon nip. Lorsque j'ai changé son choix sur la machine, elle n'a pas aimé et pas de sourire. Lorsque je suis retourné après pour manger, elle m'a pas bien servi et a commencé à parler avec l'autre serveuse sur moi et moi j'écoute. C'est ridicule la gestion du service de ce restaurant.
La dernière chose toutes est ancien dans ce restaurant pas de rénovation depuis longtemps les banquettes sont finis.
Les propriétaires doivent investir une partie de l'argent qui gagnent avec nous.
J'ai commencé à aller au restaurant à côté ITALCO. Ils ont de la bonne nourriture pas cher et un bon service mieux que Scores.

I was very disappointed. The salad bar has slimy (starting to rot) vegetables. Food quality was poor and yet still quite pricey.

I love everything in this restaurant.all the ingredients are fresh and when i order for delivery or pick up it only takes them 10 to 15 minutes to prepare. All the items are complete with good presentation.

Nourriture correcte, prix un peu élevés pour ce qu'on reçoit même en formule midi.

Beaucoup de personnel mais peu de service, cet aspect fut décevant.

It is my go to place when in St. Laurent. One is always assured of quick service of their bbq chicken. The salad bar is always filled with a multitude of fresh fruits and veggies for those health conscious people.
Too bad there are so few locations.

Not fresh at all! As I was eating it, I felt like it was a bad idea. I was right.threw everything up the next morning.there's also "nothing they can do" because it's no one's responsibility to improve their stuff.super super disappointed. I used to love scores.heck, I used to WORK there! Never coming back.

One of my many visits, was greeted and served by Melanie tonight (October 25th 2022) a true professional, the food was good. I was disappointed when I left the restaurant and looked at my receipt, not sure why the standard 15% is applied on the meal including the tax. The card machine should be programmed to only tip on the price of the meal.

Pour le type de restaurant, soit une rôtisserie familiale, répond aux attentes. Les plats chauds, serveurs attentifs, service rapide. Menu n’est pas extensif mais il y a quand même des choix. Avoir quelques restaurants dans un centre d’achat est toujours mieux que le food court quand on désire une ambiance plus relax!

Food was good, served very quickly over lunch. It was quiet there that day, was nice to relax and catch up with a good friend.

Great place to kickback and enjoy great food and drinks! Love the salad bar, I ordered fish and chips and it was a great! Delicious food and friendly staff!

I like to order food from this restaurant but I am disappointed tonight. I got an email confirmation of my order saying it would be delivered in 45mins. Hungry, 1 hour and 8 mins gone by and my order still did not get delivered. Called the store and they called the driver who said apparently he would be there in another 5 mins and he had alot of orders. I got apologies and thanks for my patience but I thought more would have been done.

Great roasted chicken and ribs, and variety at the salad bar. However, do not upgrade to Parmesan fries, it is a ripoff. Just sprinkled over the fries, not worth the price. Sprinkle it yourself from the salad bar if you must.

I have nothing bad to say about the delivery as it was super fast. But the meal, UGH. I took the chipotle burger and honestly the chicken was soaked with grease to the point that the chipotle sauce didnt even taste. (please note that I am 5 minutes away so it wasnt sitting there) The lettuce was soft and there was a spoonfull of salsa. I will not order this again.

Salad bar expensive for the value you are getting, do not each the beef, very fatty, small and not very hot.

Bonne nourriture! Bar à salade excellent. Il faudra éduquer la vieille serveuse qui devrait prendre sa retraite car elle semble être usée.

Commandé une salade piri avec poitrine. Reçu une salade ordinaire avec cuisse. 2e livraison reçu une salade ordinaire avec poitrine. Ce n'est pas la première fois. Je changé de StHubert a cause des erreurs. Scores n'est pas mieux. Et quand j'appelle il n'y a aucune présence de courtoisie. On me traité comme si c'est ma faute. Plus jamais du Scores. Ne commander pas là.

Very clean restaurant, usually calm and not really busy.
I always come for the open salad and soup bar it's must!

I like the convenience of Scores. The food is decent and it's nearby. I wouldn't say it's anything super special, it's still rotisserie chicken after all but it definitely hits the spot when you're craving some bbq type food.

I like their pick up service, It's always been well organized and fast. Everything is always well packed and they give enough utensils and condiments.

Moi et mon amie y avions été à une couple de reprises et nous avons toujours adoré le service et la nourriture. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

Ordered the quarter chicken breast with ribs. Really not impressed. It was very bland. Portion wasn't too impressive either.

Ne respecte pas ce qui est écrit sur leur menue et profite de la situation sanitaire du covide. Offre le grand saladier mais limite d'une salade par repas.

The portion sizes are extremely small not Even enough for a appetizer but the waitress really nice

It's not bad but they can do better on the service. Personally I find they not alot of choice when it comes to the salad bar.

Great place to go when you want to kill traffic after work.

Nice salad bar and food comes out quick. It's probably prepped in advance and reheated. Oh well, can't really complain for the price.

Table service is nice and attentive. Glasses are always full of water or soft drinks and used plates are taken away promptly.

The delivery service is impeccable. Always on time.

Food is plentiful and hot.

Excellent service and delicious food! I love the new look of the restaurant with the expanded salad bar. Many options for picky eaters and people with dietary restrictions.

What kind of service is this, I ordered a poutine and they gave me a kit to do it myself as the gravy sauce was cold and Cheese as cold. I did the order online for pickup and they forgot my side as well
