I ordered online a wrap chipotle for a lunch and honestly it’s been the best wrap that I’ve ever tested! Thanks:)

Très mauvaise expérience serveuse bête. Ma fille de 11 ans qui ne mange pas bcp a du commander une assiette pour adulte qu on a jeté au 3/4 parce que le menu pour enfant c'est 10 ans. Je comprends mais c'est la seule fois de ma vie que j'ai vu ça dans un resto. Méchant gaspillage alimentaire. Au moins si le service on avait eu un sourire ben non.

J'ai passé un super bon moment avec mon amie et nos filles pour un souper de mardi soir. Lily notre serveuse a été très avenante et gentille. Le resto était vide alors ont a déranger personne avec les enfants.

Les prix sont 50% superieur a avant COVID j imagine comme partout mais 30$ pour du poulet ca devient cher

Leur bar à salade est une excellente option santé. C'est frais, varié, et il est possible de se composer une belle salade pleine de protéines, de légumes et de bons glucides, et sans vinaigrette. C'est imbattable.

Placed a large order in advance for delivery at noon (when our guests would have arrived). Order was delivered at 11: 30am instead and was cold by the time our guests arrived. Had to trash the entire order and place an order from another nearby restaurant. The outcome was money spent on food that went straight into a garbage bag, and the discovery of a really nice local restaurant alternative.

Ils manquaient des cuisses et ils nous ont changé par de positives. L'employé sentait mauvais, problème d'hygiène. Ils nous pratiquement mis dehors à 20h. Prix élevé pour la qualité et le service.

Cherchai une place dans se secteur pour manger et prendre une bière, sa goûté le scores oui, mais l'allure extérieur fesai peur et l'intérieur encore pire.les serveur était correct mais sérieusement le restaurant a besoin d'amour!

Expensive for no reason. Service was lacking. Quality not even close to any other chicken meal including supermarket chicken. Waste of money

La dernière fois que nous avions commandé à cette succursale, le poulet n'était pas cuit. Nous avons pris une chance et commandé hier. Cette fois-ci le poulet était tellement sec qu'il était complètement immangeable, ainsi que le petit pain. Plus jamais nous n'irons à cette succursale. Allez donc plutôt à la succursale de Laval, c'est un peu plus loin mais au moins vous serez mieux servi. Note au restaurant: ne vous fatiguez pas à me dire comme à tous les autres que ma satisfaction est importante et ne me suggérez pas non plus d'écrire à Info Scores ou n'importe quelle autre adresse.

Good vibes, salad bar is cool, service was great, carrot cake cheesecake was DIVINE:) but sandwich I had was mad dry: (

Assiette très ordinaire pour le prix. Trop cher pour du simple poulet, surtout que le bar à salade n’est plus inclus. C’est rendu le même prix que plusieurs autres excellents restaurants. C’était ma dernière fois chez Scores.

J'adore aller chez scores pour le bar à salade. Le service est toujours courtois et rapide et le menu sympathique.

C'est juste triste que le bar à salade n'est plus gratuit avec certains mets, ça augmente ma facture de +-30% décourageant d'aller chez scores.

Very disappointing experience overall.the poutine was not good at all and so spicy for some reason.the waitress barely came to check up on us and made us feel like we were bothering her during our entire visit so we just ate the toppings off of the poutine in the meantime, and, when we finally got a hold of her and explained that the food was bad, the manager came and told us they couldn’t do anything about it. Not to mention the fact that the prices have gone up, the salad bar isn’t included anymore and the salad at the bar itself was all brown and soggy… oh and the chicken tenders i ordered were frozen and i’m convinced the rice was either Uncle Bens or Minute Made… i have to add that we also both felt sick immediately after consuming the food there.no thank you.i used to love Scores but after this, i honestly don’t think we’ll be coming back again.

Aujourd'hui il faisait orage donc on a décidé de se commander a souper via ubereats.
Donc mon repas était correct mais celui de ma femme était complètement brûle!
Je sais que nous sommes en pénurie de main d'oeuvre mais il ya des limites. Celui qui a cramé la brochette a décidé de la camoufler et mettant le côté brûle a l'envers! Quand je dis cramé c'est cramé! J'ai du partagé mon burger et on a du se faire une sandwich en plus? !
Donc bravo au chef de cuisine si il a autorisé pour laisser partir ce plat ou bravo au cuisinier qui ne sait pas cuir du poulet. Quand c'est noir, c'est pas cuit! C'est calciné!
Et bravo a ubereats qui nous a donné 5 dollars Uber (même pas du vrai cash) pour un repas qu'on a même pas mangé. Photo a l'appui en plus! Un repas qui coûte 23.99.

Mais la nourriture, pas digne d'un vrai bon scores -déçu, car cher maintenant.de la soupe au repas.frites sèches, cuite 2 fois.etc.dommage

Le Bar à salade n'est plus inclus, surprise à la caisse. Je pense qu'à 27$ l'assiette de poitrine avec salades c'est trop (rien de vraiment frais ni chaud) Je n'irai plus chez Scores car à ce prix il a beaucoup mieux et frais comme repas chez les concurrents.

I wish I could say nice things about this place but the salad bar was a total disappointment. Sadly the place looks like it's struggling financially because they nickelled and dimed us for everything. Also the food was not fresh, and the salad bar had not been replenished. I will try to be nice and not comment about the service. But let's just say we never had a waitress insist on a bigger tip because we were 8. They should include the higher percentage in the bill, then.

Very disappointed. Burger was burnt. Asked for mozza instead of swiss and mayo instead of chipotle. No cheese or sauce on it. Supposed to have mushrooms and tomatoes and there was none. Beer was flat along with the pop. Took awhile to get served and there was only 3 other tables. Waitress gave us our food and never came back till we were done. Poor service and food.

Picked up the meat lover burger, reminded them to make sure it was thoroughly cooked, and brought it home. Put on the TV and starting biting into the burger but because I was focused on the TV program I only noticed half-way into eating it that it was pink throughout on the inside! The easiest thing to cook with a commercial grill and they got it wrong! Oh and inside dining was closed due to covid and there was only one other customer ahead of me and no customers after me. I kept the bill just in case I fall sick!

I'm not a fan of chicken raised with antibiotics that much. I ordered club sandwiches, chicken was too big to fit in the not so fresh cheap bread. Fries were ok, there weren't any coleslaw included, missed order notes.

Mauvaise qualité dans cette succursale. J'ai fait une commande pour aporté et j'aii reçu un poulet trop sèche, ressemblait avoir être réchauffé, peut-être un poulet du jour précédent

I always order the grilled veggies over the fries because it's healthier.and the chicken is delicious.

It has been a while since I sat down in a dine in restaurant. But the place was great, clean and they checked the vacine passports. Quick service, food was good and staff was ready. Unfortunately, the place was deserted. Hope the clientele will pickup soon, make it more lively. Obviously, the salad bar was empty, but the waiter did offer it with my meal. I didn't inquire how it works, but I was left intrigued.

C'est ma première expérience à une rôtisserie Scores, donc je ne sais pas si c'est partout pareil. Le poulet était bon, moi c'est juste les frites que je n'ai pas trop trippé dessus. Et je ne sais pas si c'est comme ça chez Scores, mais je n'ai pas eu de salade de choux.

Ordered takeout, horrible service and horrible way of dealing with their mistakes.
Will never order from this location again.

Très bon service accueillant et souriant et la serveuse Annie et Martine la nourriture excellent je le recommande à tous

La brochette de poulet est excellente. La livraison est rapide même pendant le tour de l’île. La portion est suffisante pour une personne. Merci à tous le personnel du Scores boul. St-Laurent.

Impressed by the selection of salads/soups however the chicken in the fajita was a huge let down. Friendlier service would also help. Has potential but needs improvement

Believe it or not, great vegan option-maybe the best salad bar in the city! Great place to go if you need to feed a bunch of people with diverse eating requirements, good place to feed everybody. Good service, clean, pretty comfortable, pricing is fair, usually parking isnt a problem

A colleague invite us for lunch time meal. The salad bar was very impressive and we mainly ate this. The main meal of chicken fajitas looked quite good, however the chicken quality was very poor, and the topping did not have any taste to it. They included many tortillas however the chicken quality and topping quality ruined the taste.

The service is bad, especially the waitress with the white long hair. No water, no paper, no source.the service is totally trash.

Service au comptoir hyper lent, on a attendu 40 minutes pour une commande a emporter, en plus il manquait des items a la commande. Nourriture 6/10 qualité- prix.

First time at this location.

The restaurant itself looks nice and new, very clean.

The server was really good, attentive, and fast.

The food was a bit of a problem. The salad bar was smaller 5han other Scores, and the lettuce section of the salad bar was not good. The three different types of lettuce all looked wilted and old. The romaine is not usually a problem, but the other 2 lettuces, the baby spinach and the field mix are very dangerous if not handled and stored properly.

The meals we had were ok. We all had chicken and rib combos and the ribs on all 3 plates were very good. But the chicken was not hot enough first of all, and kind of tasted.old? Like it had been cooked hours before or even the day before and reheated?

Très déçu, commande sur internet passer à 19h40 une heure après je m’inquietes et appelle pour savoir on m’a commande en est et là une personne très désagréable me répond en me disant qu’elle a rien dans son fichier (alors que j’ai bien reçu un mail de confirmation) en me disant que nous aurions rien

Service au comptoir super long (on va au comptoir précieusement parce qu'on as pas 1h a passer en salle). Commande incomplète et au final, nourriture mauvaise, le poulet était a peine cuit et les frites était noirs.

Just going through the reviews, I had a good experience here but my comment is general regarding the tipping culture in Mtl, sorry for the language and the good servers out there but why the F*** do most servers in Mtl feel entitled to get tips regardless if the service was good or bad? !

Harassing customers for tips happens in MONTREAL ONLY. Did we forget tips are OPTIONAL? ! If it's it's your policy and it's mandatory you might as well charge it on the bill right off the bat or put a sign and there won't be any discrepancy! We already pay 15% for taxes.

Yes it's minimum wage but it's still a wage, we all had minimum wage jobs at some point and we didn't comment about the tips let alone bullying, humiliating and manipulating the customers when it comes to tipping or returning the change. It's pretty ballsy and unacceptable.

Let's not forget managers and owners are responsible for encouraging this type of behaviour by deducting pays and closing their eyes, it's time for consumer associations to step in to stop this unprofessional practice. If you have comments about the above I would love to hear it.

C'était ok.la nourriture était chaude. Le service est ok aussi sauf le bar à salade il n'avait pas l'aire trop frais.si non c'est ok

Excellent service d'Alexandre ce soir. Fait longtemps que je n'ai pas reçu un service comme ça. Très bon repas aussi! Portions généreuses.

A mon arrivée personnes n'était à la réception. Après une certaine attente, j'ai dû me diriger vers la cuisine
et crier "y a il quelqu'un? " avant de trouver une serveuse (en cours de repas) pour m'assigner une table.

Excellente nourritures, bar à salade variée, environnement très agréable, le service impeccable! Nous avons été servi par Alexandre, un des meilleurs serveurs que j'ai connu a ce jour! Très sympathique! Belle expérience ce en tout point!
