Rôtisserie St-Hubert

We just had delivery from St. Hubert on St. Joseph's in Orleans. The bill was 150.00 and the food we received wasn't worth the price. We ordered a wrap that cost almost $20 was like a kids meal wrap.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It started out with the seat being soaked, so we had out pants wet the whole time. We ordered drinks, and the one drink I got a Rosé sangria. They decided to put cherries in instead of strawberries without asking (which im allergic to). They shouldn't be switching the ingredients without asking. Then proceed to wait 15min to order. We got there at 5: 30 it was an 6: 40 and all we had was our drinks and coldslaw. After asking twice to switch tabels because the seat was soaked we switched on our own. After an hour and ten minutes waiting we walked out. We watched people who got there after us get their food, before us. We got 3 meals, two being chicken legs with fries and one being ribs. No matter how busy it is, and hour and ten minutes for food is ridiculous. The waiter had said just 10 more minutes twice but 30min passed. This is craziness to one mess up someones drink, have the seats soaked and have to sit there with our butts wet.then wait an hour and 10min, to come to find out it would be another 25-30min before we got our food. Me and my family are extremely upset as we waisted all that time and left hungry to find somewhere else to eat. It is appalling. I'm so extremely dissatisfied with how they run it here. Half the staff didn't know what they were doing and looked lost the whole time. They need to learn to have better priorities.

Kudos to our delivery driver who found $50 on our lane way that my husband had just lost and returned it to our door. There are still good people in this world

Temperature setting to cook the chickens is set too high as the double chicken legs are always dry unlike the store at St Laurent I always get golden brown chicken legs.

When my daughter-in-law and I picked up our take-out order it was extremely busy. The order was ready and the server was quick to bring us the goods with a smile.

The food was pretty good, but our server was the highlight of the time, aside from seeing friends I haven't in a while.

I know that the two don't like being compared, but both this and Swiss Chalet have a similar niche. I think they have different high points.

Love the food, the staff is great, never had any mix ups and never had to wait to be seated.

Was not busy. Ordered meal and appetizer. Never recieved my soup. (Wasn't charged for it) The meal had little chicken on sandwich and minimal fries. (Mcds med fries) approx half the amount of meat you would get at another chicken restaurant and a third of the fries. Food was out fast and hot.

The food was not up to the usual standards, chicken in the HC sandwich looked grayish, not fresh tasting, fries were not hot, chicken burger was warm not hot, the chicken wrap was smallish, the salad was good and plentiful, nothing was close to St Hubert usual standard, service was ok

Had ordered extra sauce which was missing even after confirming with the cashier. Also there were no condiments butter or sour cream with the order.

I have never been to a St-Hubert with no quick takeout or drive-thru option. When I ordered food at the quick pick up doors, they told me it would be a 20-25 minute wait and looked like they didn't believe me when I told them other St-Huberts take less than 5 minutes. I suppose call ahead for this location if you are going to pick up.

Horrible service for a Saturday night. Food was cold. Desert still frosen: (yes we were a big group but had reserved a month ago. Took over an hour to take our meal order. They brought out desert and our empty plates were still there.

We are sorely disappointed with St-Hubert's chicken brochettes. They used to be flavourful, loaded with vegetables on the skewer, including pineapple. Now the skewer is just a few pieces of chicken, and nothing else, that have been basted with what tastes like a chinese food restaurant sweet & sour sauce. The chicken used to taste, and feel like the same white meat we get in the hot chicken sandwiches and quarter breast dinners. Now the chicken pieces are rubbery and remind of what you get frozen in bulk boxes.

The chicken leg is so small, i may as well ordered quail. It's appalling to know i spent$15 for a mouth full of coleslaw, a half a potato and a tiny piece of chicken.
At home, it would have cost me $2! And all the while the tip jar sits prominently on te counter.
I'm never going to eat out again! It's rediculous!

First and last time ordering from here. Ordered online for 5: 45 pickup and received the food at 6: 25. Meanwhile many other orders were processed and given out including people who walked in and ordered. Food was tepid when finally received.

What is not to love about St. Hubert. Clean, quiet and great service and good food. You have great portion, with plenty of coleslaw and fountain drinks. I had my dinner early today, it was quiet, but so worth it. As today was my birthday, they treated me to a free desert. Thank you St. Hubert.

I ordered fish and chips and I ordered the mix plate.

The quality of food is pretty good but I have a few remarks:

- the wings choice of sauce is unlike any if the popular sauces.
The honey sauce is actual honey, I chose it because the only other choice was sweet and sour.

- the mix plate is $20 some dollars, and it includes 4 cheese sticks and is supposed to have marinara sauce with it. It arrived without if. I was offered to be sent the sauce. I told the lady, the sauce is no good anymore since the cheese is cold now. Send me the cheese and sauce or credit me the plate.
I was offered a credit for cheese and sauce. I accepted it with a big head shake and a thought in my head, I might not bother with that place all together. My dinner experience was ruined, and I had 75% of my dinner.
They appreciate me so much as a customer that they offer me to have a %25 of my dinner another day.

The sweet potatoes fries they have is one of the best, if not the best I had, so was the sauce with it.

The chicken wedges are very very tasty in the mixed plate too. Breaded right and cooked to perfection.

Absolutely worse place to dine, ever. Management yelling at staff over customers heads is not ok. I feel terrible for the waite staff and hostesses. I've been in a couple times before my most recent visit and have had the same experience. It's absolutely unprofessional and customers dinning in don't want to hear it. Take it to the back. Our last visit, we had the pleasure of being served by a young lady (which is the only reason this post is getting 2 stars), you could tell this was her first job but her customer service was top notch. She said the man that was yelling, his name is Jay or John? I cant remember but it's the man with the very large glasses. He needs a review or new training because that is not how you discipline people, much less workers below you. It's just unacceptable. Most of these kids are still in school. Regardless you don't speak to people that way and especially NOT in front of customers. With that being said you'll likely find a more relaxing atmosphere at your local Mc Donalds. In terms of the food it's not even that great for the price you are paying. Save yourself some money and go to Benny and Co.

St Hubert’s chicken is the best, I love their classic one, but the Indian and Piri-Piri flavours are delicious, too. And they have the best traditional coleslaw in Canada, without sugar added. Delivery from my Orleans St Hubert is always on time (even on a snowy day) and safe, especially during the pandemic. I ️ St Hubert.

The food was great as usual however the uber must have had too many orders and our food was cold. I will dine in now as that is a better choice for us. If I do order in and I will, I will get the Yellow bug to bring our food.

Went for my son's 4th birthday it was a joke! Never going again to start I made a reservation for our family and mentioned to them it was my son's birthday they said great we will take note so that they can do something special for him. My club sandwich had a huge piece of cartilage in it almost choked on it, had to keep asking the server to bring us things and she forgot most of them.when it came time for my son's desert they said that they cannot sing happy birthday to him due to covid but she would bring a candle so that we could put it on his desert then comes to the table and says we're not allowed to light the candle here but he can have the candle. Out of eight of us six of us got sick after dinner and the next day. What a horrible experience for my son's 4th birthday

Awful. Simply awful. They readily offer a credit (not a refund) for the terrible meal they provided. But who would want to eat that again?

Ordered online and it was delivered on time. Food was delicious! We always order from here if we want some good rotisserie chicken.

Family gathering of 12. Seated in 2 groups of 6 close by. Masking, proof of vaccination, contact tracing in place. And as usual, the food was A+.

Our experience wasn’t great the regular drinks came then I had asked the waitress what’s a good drink she tells me one kind, then our soup ad our main course came I ad my husband soup ad food wasn’t really hot, then she took off one main meal off the bill but I had steel had to pay for his meal plus our desserts soup plus are waiter was rude also now have cramps ad not feeling well.

We used mobile ordering, texted when we got there, waited 20 minutes, finally went in and were told "oh yeah, we leave the phone in the front, we don't see the texts" - yet there are signs saying to text for contactless purchases. So we ate cold chicken with no utensils or cutlery because they forgot that as well. Food was so so. Contacted company but were ignored.

Great food and great service. The interior of this location sets it apart from the typical fast food/table service business and really classes it up. Always love visiting here for the dine-in!

Allowing the table across from us to stream a meeting on a phone via speaker and extremely raised voices made it impossible to hear our own conversation.as a family out for dinner this spoiled it for us.

The waitress picked up my plate and only after removing it from the table was I asked if I was done. In fact I was not, however I was not about to ask for the plate to be returned.

The fish cordered by 2 of our party was fine although the portion was paltry for the price. In no hurry to return

Great food, always a pleasure to get St. Hubert when in Quebec. Very good food and large portions, chicken is always juicy and crispy on the skin.

Service courtois et sympathique. Sinon, c'est un St-Hubert un peu comme tous les autres, avec une expérience qu'on connaît bien. Je recommande!

Love this place! We have consistently gotten good food from here. Today, my wallet slipped out of my pocket in their parking lot without me realizing. They were kind enough to have recovered the wallet and sent their delivery driver to deliver it straight to my home. Such a nice gesture on their part, and they will continue to gain my business for years to come.

03/07/2021-Been going here for our chicken fix, and finger foods for years and years
This Time around, it took to days and 3 phone calls ace an order form moms birthday dinner, for pick up too boot. The order online portal was down and when it worked finally a day and a half later, it wouldn't initially accept our credit card payment.of 58.00 for our order. So we called and explained our situation to the gentleman answering the phone. He doesn't apologize for any of our frustrations or time.lost and further to that, when he quoted us on the total with taxes, he stated it was $73.00 and a few cents.
We again explained the situation about the online portal not working and explained the total it was giving us was different. Yeah, an $ 11.00 difference. He said well this is the total when you call and order for pickup by phone. After explaining our situation for a third time, he wouldnt even aknowledge that it wasn't our fault and refused to give us the on-line pricing since it was not our fault.
Finally was able after 2 hours and another phone call, to place our order online and get the right quoted price of $58.00 and a few cents and it finally too the payment.
That was poor customer service all around to say the least. No aknowledgement, no apologies. Sad and disappointi g.
Thankfully the food was really good except we received 4 creamy coleslaws intead of 3 creamy and one traditional one. The overall frustration, anxiety this caused was not worth it. Sadly, won't be ordering here and at this location again. Now looking for our new favorite chicken joint.

You can never go wrong with St. Hubert.

St. Hubert was one of the go-tos when my parents took us out to dinner when I was a kid. I was the pickiest eater but Hube's always had something for me. Hands-down the best rotisserie chicken from a chain restaurant.

They forgot my salad and requested ustensiles since was eating as a picnic in a park. Had to go home so food was cold. I reached out with my issues and no response.

Good food

We enjoy St-Hubert a lot. We are never disappointed. The quality of the food is consistent and plenty. During the pandemic, we use the takeout regularly. In all, I have no problems recommending this restaurant.

La nourriture était très bonne! Mais malheureusement le tout c'est gâché après avoir payé quand le serveur est revenue arrogant pour nous dires que nous devions donner plus de tip parce que sa ce fait pas de donné seulement 2$! Dernière fois que nous choisissons ce restaurant malheureusement!

Ordinary. Nothing special. The creamy coleslaw was not up to expectations. I feel St-Hubert has become mainly a fast food enterprise depending on their reputation of the past and we will not go back to eat in a St-Hubert restaurant.

Pour le travail dans la région c'est la deuxième fois que je vais au comptoir et vraiment pas déçu, service professionnel et rapide. Dans ma région j'ai beaucoup de choix de rôtisserie et jamais je ne vais chez StHubert parce qu'il m'avait trop déçu, ici étant pratiquement le seul je me suis risqué et je n'ai pas regretté. Nourriture excellente et très bonne portion pour le prix. Un duo a 20$ environ. C'est très bien.

Dimanche, le 21mars2021, arrêté souper a votre restaurant. Déçu de la salade, pas de commande de dessert mais le prix exorbitants. Une cuisse ainsi une poitrine 21.oo chacun?

En date du samedi 3 avril 2021, nous sommes allés manger au St-Hubert de Rouyn-Noranda endroit où nous allions régulièrement surtout parce que j'adorais leur salade de choux crémeuse. Malheureusement, aujourd'hui lors de notre visite ils nous ont servi une salade de choux crémeuse qui était sure, vraiment pas mangeable elle sentait le sure. Nous avons retourné notre salade et la serveuse était d'accord avec nous qu'elle sentait très fort et là elle nous en a ramené une autre qui n'était pas mieux et là elle nous a dit qu'il l'avait offert à d'autres clients et qu'ils trouvaient qu'elle était ok. J'en reviens pas ça doit faire un bon 20 ans que je vais chez St-Hubert pour leur salade et je ne peux reconnaître, selon eux, une salade qui est surie. Vraiment, c'est n'importe quoi, ça c'est du service, j'en reviens pas. PAS D'EXCUSES, RIEN, JE VAIS M'EN SOUVENIR. BYE BYE ST-HUBERT

Usually good food but they often have trouble making sure all the items are in the take-out bag and sometimes gets the small details wrong. Double check to make sure all your sides are in the bag and additional requests that were put on the order are complete (asked for mayo for sandwich, no mayo)

I typically order take out here at least twice a month. Food prices are great, quality pretty good but the service is hit or miss.

Was pretty good that day. I speak very little French and I got a little put off that our servers addressed us in French every time she came to the table, even though she could notice my wife translate for me. And in spite of the fact her English was every bit as good as mine.

The chicken was good but nothing special.
Cole slaw was alright. Will be trying creamy next time though.
French fries were room temperature almost cold and tasted like they were made an hour ago or so. We were ready not impressed with the fries.

Les personnes au comptoir pour apporter sont très gentilles, mais le gros problème est l'exactitude des commandes. Il y a toujours des erreurs dans mes commandes à chaque fois que j'y vais. Aujourd'hui, je n'ai pas mes frites. L'autre jours, manque ma sauce. Malheureusement, c'est la dernière fois que je vais à votre resto.

The restaurant itself was clean and well thought out. The waiters were delightful greeting us and bringing us to our table. The food came very fast for how many people were at the restaurant.

Only rating 4 stars because the food was cold and the carbonated drinks (I had a coke and my partner had a 7up) was pretty watered down.

My absolute favourite restaurant near home:) 98% of the time we are pleased with the service. 100% of the time we are satisfied with the food. Can't go wrong with the price and quality they offer!

Beautifully decorated! More than just bbq chicken. I had the ribs and they were delicious! Friendly and efficient service!

First time at this location, it was clean, nicely decorated and large booths to accommodated our group. Staff was friendly and food did not disappoint.

A gorgeous restaurant with some of the finest Canadian foods. This place has always been a go-to for my family, since it has a very wide range of delicious and freshly-made meals to chose from at a very generous price. The decor and design is outstanding, probably the best design I've ever seen in any restaurant (they must've hired a pro interior designer, since it's gorgeous). The staff are always at 100% and are very kind and polite. Service is exceptional and I always have a good experience when I go. 5/5 for me.

One start is for not having a surveillance camera on parking lot in front of the building. Somebody hit my car and run without leaving any notice. Owner of white Lincoln MKZ I know that it was you.

Highly suggest if you live in Orleans you take an extra 15 minute drive to the location on st laurent.

Waited 14 minutes after being seated before being asked what we'd like to drink but that is literally my only complaint. The food and service was great. Worth the 3hr drive!

I'm not a fan of the long waits at takeout. Staff aren't as friendly as they used to be. Also I hate to be that guy but the amount of staples this place uses is insane.

Loaded nachos at St Huberts, staff is very friendly very attentive and the manager brought out our food personally, says a lot about this location highly recommend eating here.

Outstanding service! We felt seen and taken care of, despite having a 15-month-old, 4 and 6 year old, and 4 parents all making a mess and running all over the place. Our waitress remembered whose kid was hose, offered to split the bill, and chatted with the 6-year old even though the restaurant was busy.

The place is pretty busy, and now we know why.

Play room for the kids is a nice touch. Gluten free menu items is much appreciated. Staff is always so very friendly, too.

J’ai Souvent Commandé a livraison à domicile 15 à 30 min et la nourriture arrive chaude. Toujours un bonne idée lorsque on est paresseuse comme moi ou bien malade et ne peuvent pas bougé de chez soi.

Food is good but unfortunately the last 3 times we ordered take out, the order was not correct. Check your order before the driver leaves or before you leave with your pick-up order is my advice for customers.

Well, we ordered a chicken breast and our server came back saying they ran out of chicken breast. Rotisserie St-Hubert ran out of chicken breast? I still do not believe it. I really didn't enjoy my experience at your restaurant tonight.

I just love the chicken but the Caesar salad is DISGUSTING. They put dried up chicken skin on it instead of bacon. GROSS GROSS AND NOT HEALTHY

We have been going to St-Hubert on Christmas Eve since about 1997. Our close friends and my wife and I go to celebrate the life of our great friend Yves, who passed away in 1997. The group has grown to over 20.
The restaurant has always accommodated us with smiles and excellent service. We will continue our annual tradition for many years to come.

Always a decent meal and affordable. The restaurant is usually noisy and too many children screaming. Thus the reason I prefer to eat in the bar area

What a joke. Went in to the pick up counter and ordered two soups on Tuesday Sept 17th in the evening. Get home to discover that the box only contained one soup. Return.no discount offered, just an unapologetic sorry. Get home and the soup is 97% broth and maybe two noodles, maybe? ! Go back AGAIN to make it right and the nit wit doesn't even have the class to refund the order but a "partial" (not even the value of two soups) credit for the next time I order.which will be never. Overheard her say "how do I make more soup", basically admitting there was none to serve the first time. The soup was for someone sick at home, major inconvenience, waste of fuel and time. Customer service zero.

Malgré notre insistance, la serveuse a refusé de nous parler en français. Elle semblait comprendre ce qu'on disait, mais au final elle a fait une erreur avec ma commande.

The food is good. Service is good. Very difficult to get a wheelchair by the wall in front of the hallway to the accessible washroom. It needs to be removed.

Service extremement lent (livraison) ont mas dit que sa serais environ 30min et ont as recu 1h plus tard. Le repas etais completement froid. Tres decu, devrais pas avoir de service de livraison si ont peu pas recevoir un repas chaud. Ont est en 2019 avec des belles technologies pour gerer l'ouvrage et des gps dans tous les cellulaires et voitures. Je comprend pas du tout.

St. Hubert! The fact that I choose to go here with my husband and would never choose Swiss Chalet is the telling point.

It's like a Swiss chalet but better. Dipping sauce wise at least. Chicken brochette was pretty good. Wish the veggies were cooked on the same skewer though. Good desserts. Nice place.

Good ambiance. Friendly staff. We used to go to St-hub often but now we go on occasion because it is more and more expensive.

Probably the nicest St. Hubert in Ottawa/Orleans. Very beautiful dining area and food is also of good quality. Service was very good.

Great service at the takeout counter. Very surprised I was greeted in French:). This is for sure quality wise, it is the best St-Hubert in the Ottawa Area.

It's good food, clean restaurant and good service. Delivery is hit and miss. Deliveries can take from 20-mins. - 1 hr. +

I asked for the salad dressing to be on side, it did not happen. At the end of supper the waitress asked if we like dessert, I asked for yoghurt and guess what, I did not get it. I am lucky, I did not get charged for it.

Très lent comme service sur l’heure du dîner, je n’ai pas eu le temps de manger car l’assiette n’arrivait pas. La soupe était bonne (heureusement)!

Très belle salle à manger avec bar, service très courtois, service avec un très beau sourire, quelques petites erreurs dans les commandes mais rien de grave.
