I regret eating after I finished this meal. Fries literally taste like they were left out for days. Stay away from this St Hubert

Had our order wrong 3 different times! The first time I understand. Second, you’d hope management would do something to avoid this. But third? ! How can you keep mixing up a chicken breast for a full rack! Do yourself a favour, and avoid this place at all cost.

Service affreux, commander a 4: 25pm et 2 heures plus tard. On attend encore pour notre livraison. On appelle le restaurant pour nous dire que son système indique que 47 minutes depuis ma commande en ligne. Il te manque 1 heure dans tom ordinateur.

Le service n’est plus ce que c’était.

Great service with Ashley in the bar! Food was fresh and hot! Double leg with mashed potatoes and creamy coleslaw is my favorite!

Had a misunderstanding over the order delivery and they through in 2 free deserts. The manager was really cool and professional, never have had a bad experience with this st hubert

Service was great! Our server was very helpful and quick. The food was ok. The chicken was a bit dry but aside from that, the atmosphere was pleasant and the decor of the restaurant was clean and modern. Thank you for the great service. Will return

I wish they stopped giving people desecated mumified chicken, its like eating chicken jerky. Went there in person waited 20 plus minutes for takeout and got horribly dry hard chicken. I have also ordered in the past and its the same. I think its disrespectful.

Le pire des St-Hubert si vous prévoyez faire la cueillette de votre commande. Les commandes sont TOUJOURS en retard de 20 à 30 minutes.

I pre-order in advance to have it delivered by a certain time but after 30 min late still no delivery. I called the restaurant to see if my order had left the restaurant at least and they told me it was the next to leave. I told them I would just go pick it up instead as it was 30 min late and their response was “since you ordered online you have to cancel your current order and re-order something for take-out”. Absolutely ridiculous!

À 15: 50 j’ai placé une commande pour la recevoir à 17: 30. La livraison est arrivé à 6: 35, soit plus d’une heure en retard et elle était froide. Nous avons fait réchauffer nos repas. 40 minutes avant de recevoir ma commande, on m’avait laissé un message vocal me disant que ma commande venait de quitter, qu’elle devrait (!) être bonne et chaude, mais de rappeler au besoin. J’ai téléphoné pour aviser que c’était froid et inacceptable de recevoir sa commande avec autant de retard, particulièrement que j’ai des jeunes enfants et que j’avais tout planifié en conséquent. La responsable m’a téléphoné et tout ce qu’elle disait c’est qu’elle ne comprenait pas que c’était froid parce qu’elle habite à 45 minutes du restaurant et quand elle apporte des repas chez elle c’est encore chaud. On m’a offert un crédit de 10$ au service à la clientèle de Montréal et j’ai refusé. La responsable aussi me proposait un crédit pour la prochaine, mais aussi refusé puisque je ne retournerai/commanderai plus jamais chez st-hubert.

J'adore manger là-bas! J'ai eu la chance de travailler à cette place durant un cours moment et le personnel est très propre. La nourriture est toujours très bonne, malgré le fait que certains plats soient congelés. J'ai toujours eu comme tradition d'aller manger au St-Hubert lors d'évènements spéciaux et c'est clair que cette tradition continuera!

Commandé familiale 4 poulet moitié cuit, pas coupé en 4, on a du couper nous même le poulet pour séparer les cuisses et poitrines et presque pas de frites. Très déçu,
la prochaine fois je commande chez Benny!

Finally got my food at 6: 05.
Wow. Not impressed
My kids were hungry.

It was ok, but the employes that use to work there before in the bar and dinner are long gone because of covid (probably found another work) and at the dinner it was all new young severs that would rather talk among themselves instead of doing what they should do. But "it is what it is" and i got served in a courtious manner but it's not the same service like before covid thats for sure.
Still i gave it 4 dec. 20th 2021.

First In My Life Hated The Order We Got St-Hubert. 1/4 Chicken The Smallest 1/4 Chicken I Have Seen In My Life Was A Joke. I Will Not Go There To Get Screwed Again.

Toujours un bon repas et un bon service de livraison. Système de commande en ligne très fiable.

Service was good.prices ridiculous and food was horrible.had club sandwich.one little wilted lettuce leaf, one soo thinly sliced tomatoe it fell apart and barely any chicken for $18.00.will never ever return.we went for lunch awhile back ant thought wow the prices are insane but gave it another chance.this was the last time!

Service is incredibly slow (1hr wait for an order placed at 6pm on a Sunday night) and orders are never precise (it happens 50% of the time). Frustrating as they tell you over the phone a 30minute wait and you are stuck waiting in person.

Favourite for my Wife and I, to finish date night. Traditionally we split a Hot Fudge Brownie. I know they have changed the name, but that is what it will always be to us.

Had amazing service last Thursday, I’m pretty sure my waiters name was Alex, he deserves a praise. Especially now when it’s been difficult for employees in the food service I was very impressed by his professionalism and manners. Regret not keeping the receipt as I may have had a different guy. But yeah august 19th at around 5pm

Ordered for 8 people for my husbands 60th the chicken was terrible! Dry & definitely not fresh the coleslaw had a horrible taste to it! Will not be ordering from this place again! Stay away

Poutine had a clump of cheese in the corner of the fries like that's how you make it, wings were dry (my wife likes'em dry so not a huge issue) but we were missing her plate, when we called they claimed we made a mistake, after tanking that insult and insisting we were missing a plate they suggested I get a refund by calling "Montreal" or waiting for another delivery guy. On a "not very busy" night they took 2 hours to make and deliver the first meal and now an hour after the call they have yet to arrive with my wife's meal.very poor service.

Honestly had the greatest service even though it was really busy for a Tuesday night. The lady who served us was attentive and came back quickly everytime with our coleslaw and requested condiments. But the food is just sooooo bland. The fries are horrible, no flavor, no crisp and always served cold. Same for the club sandwiches. Cold, untoasted bread, with barely anything between. Not sure if this is throughout the chain or just this location but we were really disappointed.it should taste better in restaurant than as take-out after travelling for 30 minutes.

Unpleasant experience: I arrived and made a take away order for a chicken and a soup, they told me in 10 minutes it is ready. Wait, wait and wait, after 30 minutes almost 8 clients who arrived after my arrival, with simple orders and made in the same place (another 5 were clients with orders made online) entered and left. I came to ask about me order and they told me that it was still delayed, that there were other clients before me, I decided I told her to cancel my order and return the money, the supposed manager came out with my order in her hands. I think it was because I left them only 10 percent tip, the next I do not leave anything. Manager very bad service

experiencia desagradable: llegue e hice un pedido para llevar de un pollo y una sopa, me dijeron en 10 minutos esta listo. Espere, espere y espere, a los 30 minutos casi 8 clientes que llegaron despues de mi llegada, con pedidos sencillos y hechos en el mismo sitio (otros 5 fueron clientes con pedidos hechos en linea) entraron y salieron… me acerque a preguntar por mi pedido y me dijeron que ain se demoraba, que habia otros clientes antes que yo, decidido le dije que cancele mi pedido y me devuelva el dinero, salio la supuesta gerente con mi pedido en las manos… creo que fue porque les deje solo el 10 por ciento de propina, la proxima no les dejo nada. Love the food. I ordered my food online and got a pickup time. Twenty minutes after that time, I received my order.
Then when I got home, I was missing a meal and had an unordered poutine.
I have to say, I was not overly polite when I had to drive back to the restaurant to get my meal.
I was offered a free dessert for my trouble, which I did not accept. It is just not good enough. Restaurants want us to support local, but it is pretty hard to do sometimes.

Nous commandons regulierement, ce soir nous avons commander une livraison, apres 20 minute de retard d’attentes nous avons le magasin, qui n’as pas essayer de corriger le tir ou nous donner un estimer plus precis.
Finalement la commande est arriver 45 minute en retard, sans aucune tentative de recouvrement client de l’entreprise et pour ajouter a l’insulte la nourriture n’etait pas du tout du calibre habituel. Nous comprenons l’achalandage, nous comprenons que c’etait un vendredi. Mais pour une commande de deux items alors que nous ne sommes qu’a 8 minutes de route et aucune tentative de reparation, je suis tres tres decu. Quelqu’un qui commande son souper a 6: 30 ne devrait s’attabler a 8: 30.

Livraison: 1h45 d'attente, sauf le poulet, tout était sans goût ou réchauffé. Doigts de poulet durs, frites molles, salade crémeuse dans assaisonnements, poutine en motte. Plus jamais! 70$ pour 4! On est loin du St-Hubert des bonnes années. Vousis vivez sur le nom "St-Hubert" car la bouffe est rendue dégueulasse. Allez ailleurs.

Ma conjointe a reçu son club sandwich avec le pain mou et les pointes qui étaient toutes déformées et détrampées ainsi que les frites étaient froides pour ma commande et celle de ma conjointe.

Ordered veggie wrap and confirmed no bacon and asked for minimum mayo, sandwich came with bacon and excess mayo. The person at th cash wasn't even apologetic. Made me feel like a criminal for wanting what I paid for. This was not the only issue. Not worth my trouble of writing the others. Safe to say, I will never be back at this location.

On me refuse le comptoir pour emporter à 19h30 a cause de la pandémie, je comprends! Je commande pour livraison, au téléphone dans leur parking à 19h31. On m’avise d’un délai de 45 minutes, pas de problème. La livraison arrive chez moi à 21h15,1h45 plus tard, plus d’une heure de retard. 36$ pour deux poitrines. Froides. Frettes. Molles. Avec des frites froides et détrempées. Degueulasse. Pire service ever. Si vous pouvez pas répondre à la demande, ne les prenez pas les demandes. Dernière fois chez st-hubert.

Mauvais service pour prendre les commandes, j'ai dû faire 2 commandes à cause du site Web car impossible d'avoir la ligne au resto. En allant chercher ma commande j'ai eu la 1ere en arrivant et j'ai attendu 1h15 de plus pour la 2e (buzzer défectueux). Bref après 2h de gossage j'ai eu 2 repas frette pis y manquait une sauce en plus! Aucune compensation ne m'a été proposée.

Encore une erreur de commande. 3 commandes, 3 erreurs. Et pas simple de se faire corriger ça avec leur « cartable » Tout est toujours mal fait et il faut cooooonstament se battre pour avoir ce qu’on a PAYÉ POUR. Painful. Allez chez Benny sérieux.

Service très lent malgré le faible achalandage. L'hoteste nous mentionne les "lois" concernant le port du masque, sans le porté elle même et retire sa visière pour parler!

Service épouvantable, faire attendre une table avec des enfants deux heures pour manger tous simplement inacceptable. Serveuse désagréable et incompétente. Première fois de ma vie que je laisse zéro pourboire.

Ordered by phone for pick up. When we went to pick up she refused to accept our coupons. She said they have to be scanned first. So we asked if she can cancel the order and start over in order to scan the coupons.she refused to do so. So we said okay cancel it and walked out.

Edit: just to respond to your answer. Nobody wanted to help us when we were there. The girl rather not give us our food than restart using the coupons. So we just said cancel it and she did. So then why cant we buy that food with coupons after she cancelled it? Thats aweful customer service. Deal with your employees not with me. Its not my responsibility to start sending emails. I went to eat somewhere else. Too late you lost our business.

Très déçu le 31 décembre il n ont pas de menu des fêtes nous avons partis de Montréal pour aller manger à st agathe pour ne pas avoir de menu des fêtes il ne m on rien dit en rentrant seulement après que nous avons pris un apéritif et l lorsque rendu au dessert le serveur à oublier le café et l lorsque rendu pour payer le serveur ne voulais pas prendre notre carte cadeau visa que j avais de 200 dollars j ai du payer avec ma carte interac

Très bon service, mais sentier de motoneige ne passe plus près du restaurant. Très difficile d'accès. On ne crois pas que l'on y retournera. On doit traverser 2 boulevard.trop risqué.

Malheureux. Beau nouveau décor et désorganisation du personnel. 20 minutes avant de venir à la table prendre commande. Sommes retournés quelques jours plus tard.même chose. Irons désormais succursale plus éloignée de chez nous.
