Pire qu’un McDo pour l’attente. En plus ils se foutent de nous, ils parlent et ils écoutent de la musique sans donner d’explications pourquoi c’est si long!?

We have ordered from this store several times in the past and have been very satisfied. Unfortunately, today was not the day. We ordered a duo, a chicken breast and a chicken leg, and both had a very strange and disturbing smell and taste. The chicken was spoiled. We had to throw it in the garbage.

10/10 customer service veryyy friendly and you can tell they work from the heart!

Also the food is amazing and fresh! 100% recommend:)

Lady over the counter was helpful and provided excellent customer service. Take extra miles to go out from the counter and drop the orders to the waiting customers.

La sauce poutine trop liquide de ce resto la. J'aime mieux les sauce qand c'est crémeux pour les poutine à n'importe quelle resto.

Got my order wrong. Got fries in both boxes instead of rice in one. Got double gravy in both boxes instead of one gravy and one coleslaw. Also got utensils which I didn't ask for. Chicken was good, but the breast was much bigger than the thigh.

You gotta read the order guys, I actually do love your food a lot, but this was quite disappointing since I do love your coleslaw and rice: (

I called at 5: 30 pm for 2 chef specials & 1 chicken breast meal. Had to repeat my address five times. At 6: 40 called back to find out where my food was, told they were on their way. At 7: 15 called back, they put me on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on me. I called back, waited for 3 minutes for someone to actually pick up & canceled the order. Guess they didn't tell the driver 10 minutes later he showed up & I just refused him entry. I will NEVER recommend nor order from this place again, especially when I'm hungry-an hour and a half later for chicken delivery-not worth the hassle from au coq.

This place is horrible. Ive been waiting so long for an uber eats order and someone else also. The girl at the counter cant seem to comprehend english and doesint care. Shes sitting down on her phone most of the time. Very unprofessional

Absolutely disgusting service received by Yara your cashier and the other one before the store "shut down and opened back again" was not better either. Please retrain and coach your your staff. She lacks basic human manners (like how greet people and how to talk to them)

lack of manners in general. Food was not good either. Gravy = was served gelatine & sold. Why?
You advertise that your sauce is sooo good that you'd want to eat others' too.

I ordered a wrap aux filets de poulet for delivery and it got delivered within 15 minutes. That was extremely fast and efficient. I spoke to Nikki on the phone, she was very nice and polite. My wrap was really good and the portion of fries was very generous.

Pleasant service at the cash and good food. Most importantly, they allow you to use the washroom, which is a sanitary thing all restaurants should do throughout this "plandemic. " Love Tuesdays well-priced "choix de chef! "

I called just to ask about their business hours and the girl that answered the phone told me to check their website. Really? She could not have told me herself. Unreal. What kind of staff do you have working there? Never again. Good bye.

Good customer service, when it comes to food, the fries are soggy and tasteless, wraps have more bread than chicken, chicken is good, what i recommend is to order without fries and its not worth the money.

Le poulet est meilleur et plus gros que Saint-Hubert. Mais par contre la sauce ne bat pas celle de Saint-Hubert.

Waited 10 mins just to get served (no one was at the counter) and waited more than 30 mins to get my food.horrible service workers don't speak much english never coming here again.
Save your time and go down the street to St.hubert there much faster and more friendlier

Delivery today Friday Oct 2 nd was very slow, I did have time to prepare a vegetable soup for ten persons before my Duo Meal being delivered.
And by soup, I mean a real soup: carrots, céleri, butter pumpkin (courge), green cabbage, green pepper, fresh minced garlic, salt and pepper, tomatoes. As I am writing this review, I am enjoying that soup, 9 out of ten on the soup scale!
Not all bad, delivery guy apologized, he was late because of construction works. When I did call back (after propably 40 minutes), the lady on the phone told me there was only one delivery guy available, probably because today is a sad rainy day and there should be a huge amount of take out deliveries.
However, the real test is when you open the box, the first one, the breast chicken was good and I did share with my dogs and they did enjoy for sure. Second box (la cuisse) was a total mess in my opinion, fries covering completly the chicken, everything was less than average: chicken, fries, cabbage's salad, the bread. To say the truth I didn't eat, I fed the chicken to the dogs and that's it!
My homemade soup is a hundred times better!
I cannot say how much I am dissapointed, since generally speaking I have always like Benny's chicken.

Just passed by to have lunch and try it for the first time. The food and service was great! I'll come back next time for sure.

Had to wait 20mins for a 1/4 leg. There were 2 other customers in the whole place. They'll never stay in business at that speed.

J'avais pris l'habitude de commander là-bas, à place de commander de la pizza! Mais, j'ai été déçue par le wrap. J'ai choisis l'option non frit! Je m'attendais à un sandwich chaud avec de la poitrine de poulet coupé et j'ai eu un sandwich froid à la garniture avec de la mayonnaise!? En plus, j'ai trouvé de la laitue avec un bout noir!? Vraiment décevant!

I love the chicken there its soft juicy and moist.with a massive punch of flavor, the gravy is a dark thick sauce full of amazing spices and herbs

Horrible customer service. They are the slowest Rotisserie to deliver in Ville Saint-Laurent (compared to their competitors St-Hubert and Benny&Co) and when calling to inquire about an order that is still not received after more than 45 minutes, the woman answering the phone was very rude and dismissive. She could only tell us that the order was still being prepared and that we would get it in the next 20-30 minutes even though we had already waited 45 minutes. She then proceeded to tell us that if we weren't happy with their service, we just had to cancel the order. It is now an hour later and we still have not received anything even though we live 5 mins away. Needless to say, we will not be ordering again from them and will warn all our neighbors, family and friends against it.

The customer service is great. Everyone is really friendly and the food is always fresh and well served. Definitely going to be a regular spot for me.

Wasn't a really good experience for a first time. I order the chicken burger as a trio, the chicken slice is too small and thin.no drink is provided and the price was a lot for the while trio

You can’t go wrong with the Benny’s family. Au Coq produces the same tasty, juicy chicken. If you are there for a Leg or Breast meal, you will not be dissatisfied. Healthy portion of fries. However, unlike its Cartierville counterpart, this restaurant does not serve extra sauce and cole slaw free of charge in the dining room. I love coupons, keep them coming.
I found the Saturday staff friendlier and smilier than the Sunday staff.
I have been dining Au Coq and Benny’s for 40+ years, starting in Joliette, Quebec, where my aunt used to take us a kids.
Clean location, management friendly and thanked me as I was walking out.

Very disappointed! The menu looks good, but the food wasn’t good at all. Very basics and no flavours, the sandwiches and platters have no sauce at all! Even the service was slow and non-professional.
