Rôtisseries Au Coq (Gare Centrale)

Since they change to Au Coq the chicken (quarter chicken white meat) quality suffer drastically. Use to be good but I won't buy from them much anymore.

I ordered a salade today Jan 2 at 5pm
The chicken was super cold and horrible
The lettuce was horrible
They didn't even take the time to put the dressing
Super disappointed
Don't ever buy anything there

Do NOT buy from that place after 3-4pm. I used to order on-site around noon when I had a different schedule and can say the food is AWESOME at that time; I've been ordering from them for the last 6 years so I know what I'm talking about. But after the lunch rush, they don't serve as fast. NOT the reason of my 3 stars. A lot of times, when I order on-site around 5 or 6pm, the fries are undercooked so it tastes horrible, especially when ordering poutines, a big let down.

I know this type of job can be REALLY mundane after a while working at a fast food place as I myself have worked in several and I understand that after the rush, the adrenaline leaves so whenever you get a couple of clients out of nowhere around 6pm, it might irk you; it does sucks to deal with if I'm being honest but then the people buying at those later hours will get a negative image from the place. I sometimes find myself having to order from the other restaurants around gare centrale if it's past 5pm for fear of having a bad meal because quite honestly, I also hate b*tching so I don't complain to them directly. But here I am, on google!

Great food and the lady at the cash is very kind and respectful - great service

The chicken fingers were good. Portion of fries are huge.staff is super friendly. Good pricing!
