I have been doing business with Adrian Blazevic and Royal Lepage since 2017. Adrian helped me with my search and analysis (in terms of units sold and rental sold) in order to be able to identify the best negotiating price and be able to forecast my ROI since my first condo purchase was aimed for investment. I was able to collet a 6% ROI after tax on average over the past 7 years (when the IR was low). Adrian also went above and beyond helping with setting up the appartment for rental services. Adrian then helped me and my wife in landing our dream house in nuns island and was impeccable in his approach and the details provided to get the better deal.and finally Adrian is now helping me out in selling my first condo. Adrian is such an amazing person that we became friends
