Unstayable. Disgusting shared bathrooms, musty rooms, little bugs everywhere (flies, silverfish, mosquitos). Stayed in July and the heat was unbearable, no AC or fans available to help.

People could die in this heat and all they are worried about is charging guests $2 per night to borrow a fan. $5 if you need to change your towel, $5 if you need to change a bed sheet.

Don't stay here they are corrupt and don't care about their guests well being.

Building is so old and doesn't even have proper air circulation.

Someone will die before they do anything to fix this problem.

This is a great place to stay during your sunmer trip to Montreal. The dorms are very affordable and are just across the street from the subway. The rooms are small, but the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean, but the paper towel was not in the holder. The walls are not sound proof, but the are thick enough to not hear conversations through the walls. They provide you with towels and a bar of soap. This is no a luxury hotel, but if you have ever stayed in a Canadian university dorm, you will have no issues staying here
