Rudsak

On Friday sept 8th, I made a visit to the Carrefour Laval boutique. I was greeted by Cynthia and Prema. Two professional ladies that helped me find the right items that I needed for this season. I’m looking forward to my next visit with these two!

Vraiment super service au rudsak du carrefour Laval
J’ai acheté un manteau et rendu à la maison j’ai réaliser qui avais une déchirure.lorsque je me suis rendu au magasin le staff on été vite à vérifié le manteau me poser quelques questions normales.
Ils m’ont échangé le manteau sur le coup.
J’étais si préoccupée car je ne l’avais pas encore porté. Mais ils sont vraiment Top service impeccable même après vente.

Shopping with two little boys under 4 years old not easy at all. Cynthia and her team really made our experience an enjoyable one not only were very knowledgeable in their jackets they were also really kind to our boys. They took the time to interact and make them laugh while we made our choice of jacket.

Un gros merci à Cynthia du Rudsak carrefour Laval pour son service exceptionnel, avant de l’avoir rencontrer j’avais un manteau makage que j’ai payer très cher mais ma conjointe et moi avons fait la connaissance de Cynthia et elle a su comment nous envoûter avec cette sublime marque. Maintenant j’ai acheter à ma conjointe un manteau en cuir Adelina plus des gants en cuir noir et puis une tuque avec fourrure. Bref allez au carrefour Laval chez Rudsak voir Cynthia et elle va pouvoir répondre à vos besoin et du fait meme vous faire une nouvelle amie.

Nul, pratique la vente à pression! J’ai quitté le magasin en courant! Je déteste ça! Prenez le temps avec votre clientèle! Donner svp un bon service même si vous pensez que votre client n’est pas prêt à acheter! (peut etre qu’il le sera si vous donner un bon service)
Dans la vente il faut accepter que certains clients sont plus difficiles que d’autres! Ca fait partie de la game de la vente! Le plus important c’est de donner le temps peut importe la probabilité d’achat. Faites attention l’expérience client était médiocre pendant ma visite du magasin.

Nous avons attendu 2 semaines pour avoir la taille du manteau gilet en magasin tout sa pour nous dire que ca la ete vendu sans meme nous avertir par telephone ce quils etaient suposer de faire …. Maintenant il faut recommender en ligne et attendre encore la reception du gilet! Mauvais service vraiment et ce nest pas la premiere fois
