Les vendeurs et vendeuses au top mais en se qui concerne les produits très dessus j'ai acheté le sac rudsak en noir en janvier 2023 au Centre Eaton. Les lettres sur la bandoulière se sont casiment toute décollé. J'habite en France je ne vais pas pouvoir me faire rembourser ou échanger puisqu'il il n'y a pas de boutique ici. Dommage surtout que j'avais acheté la veste pour assortir.

Regis is an amazing store manager, every other staff was super polite and helpful as well

Love this brand a lot especially when/if it is on sale

I feel it is far better in design than Canada Goose and most other luxury brands

Great location too but I wish they had better return policy if someone changes their mind

I was there 22 March 23. Initially, plan just to purchase a boots. However, the 2 hosts, Marisa & Jaema were extremely helpful, having a lot patience and great customer service attitude ; on top that, the store was giving lovely flowers away to the customers (make me feel so pleasant seeing those Springs signs arriving), plain dynamic spirit in the store with leading fashion style and top quality clothing, I went crazy, end up purchased 10 items at store.
The store was serving catering in that day, really feel spoil and VIP in there?

This brand is losing its quality, and people who are working there are not helpful at all.

Exceptional service at this store. All the staff are very friendly and professional, especially Jean-Sebastien who always goes out of his way to ensure you have a quality shopping experience and is always very knowledgeable. If I’m going to be shopping at Rudsak it will be in this store for JS & his staff.

You would expect quality material when spending 100$ for a hat. Not the case. It only lasted a season with limited use

I just wanted to write a review to give praise to Dominique, the store manager, and Denis, a sales associate, who work at this location. They had excellent customer service and were so friendly. They made us feel extremely welcomed. I don't support the purchase of real fur and leather and am hoping this company will veganize soon but they did explain to me that they are currently recycling and reusing materials.

I went in looking for a new jacket and couldn't believe that they actually still sell real fur. Absolutely disgusting! So many places have stopped selling fur, I'll take my business there instead.

Une expérience affreuse avec cette marque. J'ai trouvé leurs manteaux de mauvais goût et de mauvaise qualité, surtout que j'ai pensé que la production de la fourrure était interdite dans ce pays! Quand j'ai appris comment ça se fait, je me suis dite, ben quelle marque arriérée celle-ci! De faire naître, de confiner des innocents pour ensuite leur arracher la peau, ouf! Abominable cette marque!

I don't understand why Rudsak is still selling coats using animal skins and feathers. Please consider transitioning to superior cruelty-free clothing, it's 2021.

Went into the store and was horrified to see so many jackets made of dead animals. Shameful. Fur and leather is not fashion, it's violence.

Terrible experience at this store. Rude service and honestly, I never would have gone in this store had I known they still sell clothing with fur. Really disgusting in 2021. Get with the times, Rudsak.

I visited this Rudsak twice and both times Imane provided a fantastic service. She was welcoming, quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and did not put any pressure for me to make a purchase. On my second visit I was happy to buy a coat and books! Will definitely be back!

Last week I had the pleasure of interacting with Iman at st-Catherine location and she is phenomenal with her customer service and she was so kind to put a jacket on hold for me and I did go back with my wife and we ended up buying a different model (Old Shauna). Also on our second visit there was another girl there and she was also very welcoming and after even knowing that we were looking for Iman she was still trying to help. There was also a gentleman who had great knowledge of different models since we discussed old vs new shauna but I feel he could be a little more welcoming to the customers and a bit more out going instead of being somewhat ignorant at conversations. Our overall experience was amazing at this location and I would definitely go for my future Rudsak purchases.

I was greeted by a young lady named Ada. She explained to me how Rudsak had changed their logo for the new collection. She even asked me my feedback about it. I think it's great that the employees at the store on that day are actually interested in the brand they work for and satisfying their customers. I really appreciated the friendly conversation we had and her great service. Another associate named Iman joined in afterwards and she was just as lovely as Ada. I ended up purchasing my jacket at this store, because the other stores I went to had close to little customer service. I would definitely recommend others to go shop at this store. Excellent customer service! Thank you again ladies!

Worst experience ever I purchased a jacket for 600$ 2 months later I had a tear on my sleeve I contacted customer service and they said that perhaps they can repair it for $100 however they cannot guarantee that since they are going to be changing the whole sleeve that it will match the colour of the other sleeve when I told them that I was told that there is warranty on this item at the time of purchase they replied back very rudely saying it is what it is take it or leave it.

I come from mexico. I was with my three daugthers and got served by Raja and Isabelle last monday. Usually i don't like being helped by people when I shop but this time it was worth it.thank you for this amazing experience! They were very honest and tried their best to make feel confortable. I ended up buying so much stuff I didn't not know I needed. I m coming back this summer for sure.

The manager in this store is a rock star! She really understand customer support and satisfaction.
I had some issue with a coat baught in this store. The manager (I dont remeber her name) was very helpful, service minded helped to solve the issue.
I recomand this place.

This store is one of the biggest Rudsak's on the island. The ladies in here are friendly and helpful. I even had an issue with my jacket and they went above and beyond to help me out. One of the employees recognized me as soon as I stepped in actually. I'll be coming to this Rudsak for future purchases.

Customer service is average and product quality is (at best) poor. I've bought quite a few pieces of leather at Rudsak and none have lasted an acceptable amount of time/use. The only one piece that has survived more than just a few months is my passport wallet. Not counting their returns/exchanges policy really sucks.

Not sure I'll keep buying Rudsak articles.
