S4 Suspension

I sent my shock in for service off my Hightower, turnaround was quick, communication was great and best of all, they sent me a beer. Stellar service

My buddy and I sent 2 of our forks and a shock for service. We did have a few slight miscommunications via email that took a bit longer for service to be completed, however everything was done well and we've be riding the whole season on serviced suspension without any issues.

I was a first timer and the staff was friendly and helpful on the process from shipping to work order.
Got my forks back today……damn they are good! Quick service, quick shipping. S4 will be my go to from now on!

My MTB fork was well overdue for some TLC. I should have been more organized and sent it in during winter but I never got round to it, so spring arrived and in desperation to get it done I bit the bullet, booked it in for an appointment and shipped it off to S4, expecting to be without a bike for a couple of weeks.

They turned it around on the day of service, emailed me the invoice and once paid, I had it back next day.
Truly great service at what is probably their busiest time of the year and the work carried out seems awesome, the fork feels so much better.
Will definitely use again, likely sent front and rear in next winter.

Je leur ai acheté une fourche. Elle était fonctionnelle mais avec un défaut agaçant dès le départ. Jai voulu la faire échanger quelques jours plus tard pour une fonctionnelle mais il ne pouvait pas. J étais fâché et franchement déçu. Mais je remercie Guillaume car il a pris le temps //combien patient est le gars.mais combien suis condescendant// de me proposer des alternatives. Une de celles proposées à fonctionné. Alors pour le service je leur donne 4. Pour l expertise 4. Pour la volonté de régler le problème 4. Mais pour ne pas avoir vu le problème dès le départ 3.5 ///mais l erreur est humaine///. Alors merci pour le bon service et sans rancunes.

S4 Suspension is the absolute best, very knowledgeable, and great selection. Picked up a Manitou fork and could not be happier. Highly recommended!

Just received my Fox Float 32 RLC back today. S4 performed a full for overhaul and I could not be happier with the results. The fork came back in new working condition and they even cleaned it all up for me. The service card, the little goodie bag and the no questions asked FAST service is unquestionably the best in the biz.

I HIGHLY recommend S4 to anybody needing any suspension service, overhauls and rebuilds!

S4 suspension are the best! Very professional. Great work and honest. Highly recommended! They also had a low fix price shipping arrangement with Purolator which made it even better!
