SAAQ Côte Saint-Luc

Well I had good experiences here today. I went for renewal of my licence without any appointment, and has been resolved quickly. Friendly staff, also kind, wise and very helpful security guard. The best SAAQ branch is here, I can happily say that after visiting other three locations. Also it is in a spacious shopping mall, that means you can drink a decent coffee downstairs after your paperwork.

Very long line up if you don't have an appointment. Not much waiting space. Only basic services available but plenty of parking available

Don't go there unless you have time to waste. After standing in front of the branch in line for two hours I have still made no progress.

I waited all day in the worlds biggest line like I was lined up at the Goliath on a sunny day at laronde just for when it was finally my turn their servers and whole system crashed for an hour this place is a joke needs some serious maintenance.

If you’ve lived in Quebec for sometime and are considered a MINORITY because you are anglophone you know how difficult and almost impossible it is to do anything that requires you to go to the government. This SAAQ (and probably all others) is the worst experience. I showed up at 8 AM for a 9 AM opening. At 830 they posted a sign on the window that said “today only opening at 930”. At 915 I ran to the bathroom while my husband waited in line. I came back as the doors opened and the security guard refused to let me in even though my husband was already inside. He refused to give my husband a ticket for me and then refused to give me a ticket. A bunch of incompetent people working in this facility and I do not wish on anyone that they go through the same experience. Not to mention 2/7 cashes are being used. I waited in line just like everyone else. The Quebec government is a disgrace.

My husband has been trying to renew his liseance for weeks. Can’t do it online cuts you off. Went here to Decarie square 2 x today again only 2 people working. Absolutely unprofessional and should be closed down if you can’t serve the people accordingly.

Please bring your stool and lunch. Otherwise, if you wait from morning to afternoon, you may not be able to persist. Because they will not issue numbers to the crowd waiting outside during their break at noon.

Go with an appointment and be there before the appointment time, the service is much quicker. Do not need to take the number if you have appointment, they will call your name.

Arrivé à 15: 30 pour se faire dire plus de place, je crois qu’il aurait été préférable de fermer la porte et nous empêcher d’entrer au lieu de nous faire perdre notre temps

This office is extremely disorganized. They only work by appointment now, but even so you take a number and wait hours to be served. Staff are irritable and the service is just bad.

I make appointment before 2 month and when i am there they said i need confirmation email, but when i called for appointment they did not ask my email.

This is a review about their call center. I like that there is an option to have them call you, so you don't wait 20 minutes on the phone. I like this kind of option, more organizations should have it. However note than when calling, you will navigate through many options until you have the option to be called by them

Friendly staff. But they take their time to do their job. I'm sure the processes can go at least twice faster if they want to. Goes the same to most saaq.

Avoid this outpost only 1 person servicing a room of 50+ppl at Turtle speed.the worst experience ever

I had a problem and asked them to solve it, but they refused. They even did not listen to me to try to help me.

In and out in 20 minutes for my drivers license renewal, on a wednesday morning. Quick and friendly staff - keep up the good job!

Horrible. Very slow service and also noticed that a few people just decided to get served without taking a number and wait like everyone else

Lol.how do you receive bad service at a license office? That's like complaining about the service at a library when returning a book. Go in be civil, do what you came to do, then leave.

I was scare before going there because of negative reviews but there i got amazing service. I took me only five minutes to get number plate for my vehicle.

On a pris ma photo pour mon permis de conduire à l’intérieur de 20 minutes. Service courtois et efficace.

Monday morning starts with an excellent and fast service. Get car registration in 10 minutes. Thank you!

La pire saaq de tous les saaq, si tu veux passer du temps et tu n'a rien à faire viens ici, j'ai attendu 1h40 pour passer.il n'y avait que 5 personne devant moi! Plus jamais! C'est mieux de faire la route et aller quelque part plus loin que venir ici! Aucune gestion
