Very pleased with this service. They pruned a huge maple tree in my backyard, branches hanging over my roof and the neighbour’s yard, and large branches that were falling down during windy, icy days. It meant a full day and a half of constant work. The team was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. They were also respectful of the neighbours’s needs, such as avoiding a newborn nap time!

Horrible experience this time. There was lack of explanation of the job that was going to be done. It was never told us that they didn't have the authorization to prune trees that were close to power wires, which was exactly our main concern. It was extremely overpriced for the jobe that was actually done. Never again. Do not recommed ever.

Our condo association used Safe-T-Tree to remove a very large tree in front of one of our units. The communication was very responsive and professional. We were impressed by how fast and efficiently the job was done. The work was done in two stages over the course of two days: one crew removed the tree, the next day was the stump removal. The person who removed the stump shared his knowledge about the type of trees to re-plant in the area, he really knew his trees. I highly recommend this company.

Have been using Safe-T-Tree for years. They just did a removal of 4 large ash trees complicated by the location of power lines. Also pruned another over-grown tree and trimmed the cedar hedges. Excellent work; very professional and safety conscious crews. Definitely recommend Safe-T-Tree.
