I would give zero star if I could to this attorney, Saguy Barchichat. I am a hundred percent sure his reviews are fake. He is a horrible person as well as an incompetent lawyer. He literally dropped my case right before my appeal date and didn’t even give me a refund. I was left with only 12 days in which I had to find another immigration lawyer. Luckily I did find another immigration attorney who got my appeal’s decision overturned.
It was a pretty simple case of spouse sponsorship which had been refused due to some minor issues and I went to this attorney for helping me with my appeal. Little did I know that this guy would be my worst nightmare. This guy has been humiliating me from our first meeting. My case was pretty simple and it could have been solved a long time ago if Mr Barchichat would have dealt it differently. He put zero effort in my case and kept asking for extensions from the court which delayed my appeal date longer than usual. He once told me that I am not the only client he is working with so I shouldn’t bother him much. He insulted me numerous times for not speaking perfect english even though English is not my first language. He lacks basic manners. He is a money monger and only time he would talk nicely when I would give him his fees instalments. Avoid this guy at any cost if you don’t want to be humiliated and if you don’t want to waste your money!

I really don't know from where to start? I'm so confused but let me begin by sharing my experience with Sir Saguy Barchichat.

First of all, I would like to mention that I really wish I had known him three years ago while processing my PR. Well, better to be late than never. I'm glad that at least I was able to process my Canadian Citizenship with the help of his services.

We started processing my citizenship in the month of June, 2022 and I was surprised to get my Oath request by the end of December, 2022. I feel really blessed to be a Canadian Citizen today. All credit goes to Mr. Saguy & his team!

I would like to add that in the past I obtained legal services from a couple of well known corporate law firms in Canada (Toronto & Montreal). But, the experience I had with them was mostly frustrating. They never used to respond to my emails on time. I had to wait two to three days to receive a simple response. Whereas, with Mr. Saguy, it was totally the opposite. He was very easy to contact and was always available. Regardless of the nature (basic or complicated) of our questions, he used to provide us a reply immediately within an hour. His replies were always detailed, professional and to the point. I really appreciate his efforts in offering us quality service. I would rate him a 10 instead of a 5, if it were possible.:)

He always provided a clear explanation of each step, while setting reasonable expectations of what may come next. Nous avion pris la formule complète pour mon épouse permis fermer, csq puis le sésames la résidence permanente tout les délais on largement été respecter même mieux que ça au lieux d’attendre 18 a 24 mois de délais pour l’obtention de la RP cela a pris finalement 1 an!
Toujours à l’écoute disponible par téléphone en tout temps répond efficacement par mail le jour meme ou le l’en demain jamais déçu vraiment très surpris de la qualité de son travail je mets 5 étoiles

Honnêtement très bonne expérience! Je suis tellement reconnaissant. J’ai fait les démarches de EIMT que pour ceux qui connaissent ils savent à quel point que c’est difficile. Pourtant grâce a l’expérience du maître Barchichat j’ai pu obtenir mon permis de travail. Bien sur et comme d’habitude on a eu des obstacles mais j’avais aucun doute que l’avocat va faire l’impossible pour y remédier. Toujours disponible et le service fiable et rapide, demande soumise au bon moment. Bonne exp overall ca s’arrête pas là. Si tu veux quelqu’un de compétent, alors tu est au bon endroit.
