Good food with warm welcoming service, just you need some modern sephardic songs of kobi Farhi, the rock band Orphand land.

I went out with my wife and the food was amazing, we really enjoyed it!

Everything that we ordered was 5, the atmosphere is really calm and relaxed.

Nice customer service the people take good care of you.

I payed 30$ for 8 pieces of sushi and my friend also payed 30$ for 6 pieces of salmon that you can eat in one bite. That means the average person can go here, pay 60$ and still be hungry. Outrageous

Just ordered delivery from the restaurant (We are from out of town staying at a hotel). Sushi here is amazing. We ordered the vegetarian sushi platter. Arrived in a beautiful box, beautiful presentation, and the taste was exquisite. Range of flavors included mushroom, mango, avocado, sweet potato etc. The restaurant was able to substitute tuna for one of the rolls, for a nominal fee.
The person who took my order was also very accommodating and polite. Haven't visited in person, but would recommend highly based on the simply delicious sushi We had delivered.

Went back on day two for lunch. Slightly disappointed with the in-person experience. No price on the menu. Wasn't offered the lunch menu until I asked. Wasn't given water until I asked. Tip automatically included though we were a party under six, (including tip for parties under six is not standard practice). That said, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was tolerant of my kids (they can be rowdy). I still stand by a wonderful delivery experience the day before!

Bonjour, je me suis présenté le 16 août 2023 pour la première fois à mon grand regret, je rencontre le proprio joe, et je lui demande si je peux commander 20 sushis, il me dit qu'il ne prépare que des plateaux de 50 sushis, et que pour chaque rouleau, il faut compter 12 sushis à la découpe, il m'invite à rentrer, quand va s'occuper de moi.j'ai pensé que c'était très généreux 12 sushis!
j'ai pris 3 rouleaux de sushis, (thon, saumon, et saumon épicé), j'ai payé et en rentrant chez moi je m'attendais à trouver 36 sushis, finalement il n'y avait au total 22 sushis, les portions été toutes petites et en matière de présentation, ils ont tout pacté dans une petite boite, qui n'est pas du tout représentatif des belles photos que l'ont voit dans leur menu, et la qualité du riz n'avait aucun goût plutôt fade, aucun assaisonnement, pour 48$ c'est une honte.j'ai appelé le proprio, il a même pas eu la courtoisie de me dédommager. à la première bouchée c'était infecte, j'ai tout mis à la poubelle.j'ai commandé chez La Marguerite, je me suis régalé!
Sinon l'accueil du staf été très agréable et chaleureux, c'est pas dans mes habitudes de parler ainsi, mais j'ai été très déçue.

I love going here with friend for supper. The club like atmosphere is fantastic. The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is excellent. If i could eat there every week i would!

I had a kani salad and they did not even follow the recipe and also it was a small portion not gonna order from them anymore and i highly suggest for people to order instead from yakimono

I feel that their lady waiter keeps this place in good shape, always so nice to the costumers, and she explains the food with all the details, people really like that.
Their coffee and cheese cake is literally heaven! Such a romantic place, we usually celebrate our birthday parties at "SAIZEN" see you soon again.

Very accommodating staff and lots of specialty sushi variety that I have never encountered before. My favorites that I recommend are the ones with sweet potato and jalapeño!

They were open but didn’t have a chef… The receptionist told me the chef will arrive in 30min if I wanted to eat. I was a little bit confused how a restaurant don’t have a chef.

My review is based on 50 pieces $65 regular platter. Food is fresh, taste is okay but that's about it. It was like very average set of rolls (8 of which were cucumber rolls), kinda "grocery" sushi. In my experience I had way better platters for that price.
However, what is absolutely amazing is presentation, hands down, packaging it's just awesome.

Terrible customer service and experience. Told we are not allowed to order a platter and eat it in the resto. The staff and manager were not accommodating, the place is empty and they are unwilling to allow us to sit and eat 100$ worth of sushi we ordered. Ridiculous place.

Superb sushi! The rolls are delicious. All the ingredients extremely fresh & they manage to keep the same quality even in home deliveries. One of the best sushi restaurants in Montreal. I highly recommend this place.

On mange très bien, j'ai fait découvrir les Suchi à une amie. Mamamiya, quelle fraîcheur, tout était délicieux, raffiné et d'une propreté impeccable. Le comptoir est tenue par des femmes ‍️ qui vous prépare les Sushis sous les yeux. Je recommande hautement Saizen Sushi à toutes personnes en quête de poisson frais.

It was our first time visiting Montréal and we wanted kosher sushi with a great ambience, and this was it! The staff was great and the food was delicious. We got the ultimate sushi “boat” which also came with Sake and it was amazing. Every roll was delicious Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great sushi spot!

Pricey, but delicious. The food didn't come so quickly, and at first we weren't sure if our server knew how to smile. Eventually, though, we were able to really enjoy. We had a really hard time deciding what to order; everything looked and sounded so tempting! I'd definitely go back again next time we're in Montreal.

Trop cher et pas assez bon pour le prix. Portions misérables. Vaut mieux manger avant d’y aller.

On august 26th 2019 I went for dinner with a group of ladies. I had a lovely time but 5/6 hours I had THE WORST most TRAUMATIZING FOOD POISONING. I never believe that you can throw up and have explosive diarrhea at the same time. To this day when I think about it I am still emotionally about it. I haven’t gone back and will never go back and definitely don’t recommend this restaurant. I KNOW this took me a long time to write this. I kept putting it off and forgetting and then I was told not to bother because it has been too long but I can’t I just can’t keep this in. I hate having to write an awful review but it’s the truth. Don’t risk getting so sick that your ribs and body hurt for days. This is not a safe place to eat.

Expensive, but the plate were well serve, and testy. However not enough staff To serve the guest properly

One of the worst sushi restaurant i’ve ever been to. Food was blend and pricey. Oh and did i mention, they charge 10$ per water bottle. Greedy much. Save your money go to any other restaurant, it’ll be better than this.

The food here is mediocre and the service is ok. The wait time is very long and some of the item on the menu is unavailable. When the bill arrived, we noticed that they charged 30$ for water. When we never ordered any kind of special water. Overall the experience was bad and if you ever go, just make sure they don't hide any surprises on the bill.

Food servicing was slow 1h+ wait time, taste was mediocre. They charge 10$ per water bottle (not mentioned anywhere on menu). Not recommended, not coming back.

The MOST disorganized place i've ever seen. 3 employees and at least 4 managers/owners all milling around in the front, saying "whose order is this, did they pay? ". There was no system, and people kept arriving to get their orders and very little went out. It was honestly like it was everyone's first day on the job, but none if them had ever had ANY job before. I only ordered 1 roll and it took 30 minutes. It was the Dragon Eye. Smallest one i've ever seen, and normally would be covered in tempura and then deep fried. This roll was deep-fried with just rice on the outside. I gave it 2 stars because the roll itself wasn't bad, but wow, if this is SOP, I dont understand how they are in business.

The salmon is very fresh. It melts in your mouth. The portion is also very decent. We tried many appetizers and Maki and they are very good.

Highly recommend this place! The sushi is always fresh and soft. I tried many rolls at multiple times, and was always impressed with their stuff! If your looking for some awesome sushi, then you got the place! Enjoy!

Staff is nice, atmosphere is nice too. Food is American sized, most plates are twice as big as expected. Food quality is American/commercialized sushi style, and we disliked several items we ordered. Maybe just went on a bad day.

Came here with my nephew for a meal and the food was great. We got nice portions and it was very filling.

We ordered a platter of sushi this past Saturday night. Ordering and delivery was very efficient.

Everyone that ate the sushi got FOOD POISONING.

I contacted Saizen on Sunday, they transferred quickly to an owner who was courteous and said he would look into it.

I have not heard back from them since.

A good kosher sushi bar and restaurant accessible from anywhere as it is located besides Decarie highway

My sister ordered the Deluxe platter and it was beyond delicious. They even gave us some rolls on the house. Definitely recommend!

Delicious sushi, and presented in a very pleasant appetizing way. Amazing quick service, we finished two full boats, and wanted a third, they had it ready for us in minutes! Aldi they got great appetizers and desserts. Great sushi store, will be back there one day.

This spot is nice and spacious, the meals was delicious and the rates were very reasonable.fast, productive service and very amiable waiters. Highly recommended.

In a completely empty restaurant with no other customers waiting, it took an hour and 30 minutes for a piece of fish and 1 sushi role. Waitress apologized to us and said they had a lot of take-out orders and that the food would be ''worth the wait'' neither me nor my brother finished our food or took it to go as the grilled salmon teriyaki was undercooked and my brothers sushi (4 eyed monster) was flat out gross and did not look like the picture in the menu at all. They had 3 chefs in the kitchen at the time, once again, we were the ONLY customers in the whole restaurant. Any other place would have had our food ready in 15-20 minutes max, they took a least an hour and a half. Then we were ignored by the staff walking by when we were trying to signal we wanted the bill, no one came to check on us after we were finally served, the servers were literally just talking to each other at the cash. We got up to pay at the front and of course, it took them 10 minutes just to give me the receipt. I am absolutely AMAZED this place is still opened, what horrendously awful service and below average food. Never again.

We are not sushi people and we are not Jewish. However, Saizen’s sushi is exceptional. We have been there twice and look forward to returning soon.
