Salon de Thé CHAÏ Tea Lounge

As a regular client of the chaï lounge, I wanted to say that I’m a big fan of the upgraded decor! Always thought this place had so much unrealized potential, I’m happy to see it come into its own. The staff is amazing as always, some things never change)

Great atmosphere, delicious tea. My favorite is the goji berry. $5 for a personal pot with free hot water refills:)

The chai latte and lemonade were simple yet so delicious. One of the best drinks that I have had.

A really nice place to grab something to eat, and/or study. The place is quite clean, with delightful décor. Hand sanitizers are available. Food is fairly priced, with many options. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

10/10 great study spot. Cozy, good tea, and good desserts/snacks. The cake is delish and I would recommend any of their chai tea pots and the hot chocolate. I wouldn't recommend the lattes–they're a bit watery.

Love it here! It’s an amazing place to study, the staff are super friendly and the drinks are phenomenal! Plus there’s outlets at most tables which is also super convenient.

Nice coffee shop. Comfortable atmosphere and made good coffee and great bubble tea. A good place to pop in for a casual conversation.

The owner is extremely rude and impatient. If you dont spend enough, he pressures you to leave or buy more. Terrible experience. Will not come back.

Word of advice: Although the pastries, drinks and overall atmosphere is really great, I wish the owner would let customers be! I've had many experiences, as my friends have as well, where the owner asked us to move tables for other customers. He doesn't let individuals take the red tables, and uses the fake reservation excuse that another review mentioned. There's been a few instances where he's asked me to separate my table to make room for others. I understand where he's coming from, but I honestly believe these things are best communicated between customers, as it feels passive aggressive coming from him. I really would visit more if I didn't feel so watched as a customer. And when I buy pastries, he mentions that I can only stay for an hour, unless I buy a drink. No other coffee shop confronts customers in this manner, for good reason! Overall, I'm giving 4 stars because I genuinely like this place and just want to let the owner know how I, and my friends, feel about his demeanor and how it can change for the better.
