Salon Tip'N Toe

Got an amazing first Mani Pedi for a trip down south at Salon Tip'N Toe and definitely won't be my last. Andrea is so sweet and pays extra attention to detail. She not only makes sure to give the best results but also holds your comfort of importance during the process. The experience was such a nice and relaxing treat and nails were fabulous and vacation ready! Thank you so much!

I recently visited the Tip’ n Toe salon and it was an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere. The best salon on the south shore:) I do my lashlift, eyebrows and nails here and this is definetely the place from which they last the longest.

I really enjoyed the service of one of the technicians for some time, but unfortunately had to make a complaint to the Office de la protection du consommateur regarding the Salon’s « policy » that violates the Consumer Protection Act, as well as a report for unauthorized charges on my card due to their blatant refusal to adhere to applicable law.

Went twice for a pedicure one time the aesthetician rushed the other time I was there for 2 hours because she forgot about me

Service is okay. Manager is too busy making video for her Instagram Fans so a bit awkward seeing this in the salon

It has been more than 3 years that I am going to this salon for my finger and toe nails.
The experience has always been amazing.
Staff are all professionals and very friendly. The place is always spotless clean.
Love this place and it’s staff, and would recommend it without hesitation.

Every time I get my nails done I like to relax and not stress.and sadly I left from there so long with ugly nails and anxiety to the max. When I got my nails done as soon as I arrived I could tell the vibe of the whole salon was off… all the nail tech were just mean mugging, mad and not happy to be there. Which is fine… you don’t have to be happy to work. You don’t have to talk to me while you do my nails, if you don’t want to, but don’t be rude to me. I have never been so uncomfortable in my whole life. The two girls were extremely rude. The only nice person in the whole salon was the little Asian girl. Catherine was extremely rude. Disgusting attitude.

Very good, quick and professional service. The products they use are very good. The only downside is it’s sometimes long before being acknowledged when arriving.

Be ready to get refused entry even when you have an appointment due to their disorganization and lack of time management

The worst pedicure I've ever had.
Would not recommend.
My nails need to be redone after less than 12 hrs leaving the salon.
There are far better places with far better prices.

I also regret not fully reading their reviews before making my appointment - it seems like all of their negative reviews: 1 star reviews, are responded to in a defensive, confrontational manner by management. That itself speaks volumes.

Pam is the best️ her work is super clean and kind. She suggests you a even which color suits you more highly recommended

The worst customer service. If you don’t know basic decency don’t work in customer service! It costs nothing to be nice to someone.

Dusty place, unsterilized equipment is used in your face. Not recommended.
Edit: your employee was disrespectful, I was super calm. No service was received for a payment to be done.

I cannot express how impressed I am with the final look. I’m just amazed! First time doing a lash lift so I didn’t know what to expect but it turned out beautifully!

Ordered a gel removing service. One would expect that you leave the salon with at least file nails.but this is not what they consider! Never returning

I had nail extensions done and Far had a gentle and soft touch. She did a wonderful job doing my French tip nail and was also very quick and professional.

Will only be booking at Tip N’ Toe from now on!

Premier rdv avec Pam et Farrah pour manucure et pédicure en gel. Très beaux résultats, mes ongles sont impeccables. Ne parle pas français mais sont très gentilles et vraiment attentionnées envers la clientèle.

Went for the first time yesterday and I’ll definitely be back for manicures! The booking system is easy to use and the place was very clean and inviting. Best of all, Lisa gave me the best manicure I’ve ever had. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Way too expensive for what it is, charged extra 10$ for the smallest dots and didn't mention that it was extra. They said that they would refund me the "design" price because they didn't mention it before but I never received any refund.

I absolutely love this salon! My first time was years ago, but I went back a month ago with my mom. Andrea and her team are absolutely amazing, accommodating, and so thoughtful! I just had my second appointment with Far today, and she did an amazing job! I definitely recommend this salon. Both Far and Andrea are so good!

I called to make an appointment, it was my first time. The lady was nice enough to squeeze me in. I did a refil. I chose 5 different colors and noone told me that it will cost more. When I got to the cash my bill came out to 73 dollars they charged me extra not even for a design but for closing different colors how ridiculous, then to top it off she throw in my face she made space for me and felt so bad her client had to wait 5 minutes cause she took a little longer with me. So an 80 dollar refil and to top it all, 3 days later one of my nails already chipped. Ill definitely never be going back there. If a service will cost more for whatever reason, make sure to inform your client before doing it!

Première fois pour faire une pédicure complète (50 min). Pédicure comme tel durée 15 min, le reste est une massage (mouvement facile) (mon chum fait mieux). Le salon est beau. La fille est Pam gentille mais il manque d’expérience.

Had a pedi and a mani at tip n toe, service was second to none staff were nice and kind from the moment they greet you.would highly recommended and i am definitely a repeat customer.

Il m'ont chargée $10.00 de plus pour enlever le vernis gel parce que je ne l'avais pas fait dans leur salon sans m'avertir le coût total pour manicure plus de $75.00 C'est exagérer je n'y retournerai plus jamais

Excellente customer service! Staff and owner are professional and friendly. I started to go there because it felt like one of the few places I trust who follows post covid sanitation guidelines and more.
Also the work that’s done is worth every $

They did my nails G R E A T! Amazing job! However, when I went to get them taken off, she did kind of paper-cut 4 different fingers with her nail file.hurt me for days: (Not sure how she didn’t notice.

Pas très bonne qualité pour le prix. 4 jours après ma pose d’ongles, j’ai un ongle qui casse. Je me dis que j’ai dû l’accrocher sans m’en rendre compte, alors j’y retourne et on me l’arrange rapidement, la fille n’a pas l’air très intéressée, ne me parle pas beaucoup. Malheureusement, le lendemain, un autre ongle casse et je sais que je ne l’ai pas accrocher. Ensuite, je remarque que mes autres ongles sont en train de décoller, d’autres sont craqués et la plupart plient. Première fois que je voyais des faux ongles plier! Tout ça après seulement quelques jours. J’ai donc décider d’aller ailleurs me les refaire faire, ce qui est dommage puisque ça m’avait coûter 81$, ce qui est beaucoup trop cher pour des ongles qui ne durent même pas une semaine.

J'ai adoré ma manicure et j'y retournerais à coup sure!
Attention: The gel nail polish peeled off 5 days later. I went back to get it fixed and the same thing happened again on my hands and feet.
Nice staff but those gel polishes are not working right.

Ma place pour faire des ongles. Je connais rien dans l’esthétique des ongles. C’est avec professionnalisme et attention que la propriétaire Andréa non seulement t’explique les différents service et aussi analyse quel forfait est le mieux spécialisé. Le staff est extrêmement accueillant. 200% propre. Je ne fesait jamais mes ongles et depuis je suis la à toutes les 2-3 semaines. Meilleur place sur la rive sud. Il faut réserver d’avance sinon vous aurez jamais la chance d’y aller se elles sont ben trop populaire.

Je déconseille fortement ce salon! Le forfait manicure et pédicure express.c’est vraiment express! Aucun nettoyage, seulement une mise de vernis! De plus, la technicienne que j’avais me snobbais car je ne voulais pas prendre le vernis à gel! Elle m’a fait sentir cheap tout le long des “traitements”! C’était une perte de temps et perte d’argent! 30$ pour seulement se faire mettre du vernis.c’est ordinaire!

En plus du mauvais service, j’avais un rendez-vous et on m’a fait attendre 30 minutes sans rien me dire!

Un grand manque de professionnalisme!

Excellent service, des esthéticiennes dédiées et très professionnelles. J’y vais depuis 5 ans maintenant et je le recommande fortement.

After reading all the positive reviews I must say, as a first time customer, I am beyond satisfied with Tip n Toe's service! I called and luckily got a spot asap (thanks to Lan Anh) and Kim did my mani and pedi with such professionalism. I will definately come back and highly, highly recommend this spot!
