I had a wonderful wedding experience with san remo florist for my wedding september 16th. Geraldine and Angelo were wonderful to deal with and showed great attention to detail. Everything from the bride and bridal party bouquets to home and hall decorations was immaculate. I would definately recommend using San Remo Florist for all floral needs. Very arrogant woman the owner of the store! She had very negative energy attached to her and to her store. She cursed me in Italian when she saw things not going her way. I went to Jean Talon market and got a higher quality roses for half of the price! I don't recommend dealing with them under any circumstances. She doesn't care about returning customers. All she wants is to target the money in your pocket! Very bad customer service!
My daughter got married July, 2022 and the flower arrangements were spectacular! Fabulous people who took the time and delivered a finished product that was perfect and was captured in pictures so beautifully. Geraldine was amazing and so is the entire team! Professional, friendly and attention to detail, San Remo is the florist that never, ever disappoints. A BIG THANK YOU from an extremely happy customer!
San Remo did an wonderful job with my wedding bouquet and centerpieces. Geraldine is amazingly hard-working and a lovely person. They will really give you the best quality of flowers and service, even under rush. The store is beautiful too. Highly recommend!
Geraldine and Angelo were lovely in putting together bouquets for our wedding. They very patiently worked with me over email (since I am remote) and were able to put together very elegant arrangements that were exactly as I hope. Highly recommend!
Ils ont livrés des fleurs par erreur chez moi. Ils sont revenus les chercher 24h plus tard pour les livrer à la bonne personne. Terrible qui retourne chercher de vieilles fleurs pour les remballer et les livrer à nouveau? En temps de covid qui plus est. Ne payer pas pour leurs services. (Je précise que j’ai appeler et le fleuriste et le numéro de la cliente sur la carte et que personne n’a répondu au moment de la livraison). Vous faites une erreur le moindre que vous pourriez faire est d’offrir de nouvelles fleurs gratuitement à vos clients et oublier les anciennes.
Je suis tombée par hasard sur ce fleuriste. J’ai enfin trouvé les pampas que je recherchais tant! Je voulais les choisir car certaines étaient très desséchées et ne me plaisaient pas. La vendeuse était TRÈS désagréable car elle ne voulait pas que je les choisisse (bien sûr je ne les touchais pas à cause du covid) Elle m’a dit qu’elle ne pouvait pas toutes les toucher à cause du covid.la grosse blague! Elle est supposée avoir les mains propres n’est-ce pas? Elle est aussi censée pourvoir toucher les produits qu’elle vend, right? Depuis quand un client ne peut pas choisir ce qu’il souhaite? ! Plus jamais je ne mettrai les pieds chez ce fleuriste!
