Barely anyone spoke English, certainly not French. I got a mani/pedi and the pedicure wasn’t bad at all.
They acted like they’d never seen a gel set before. I asked for a manicure on my natural nails, but she didn’t take off the entirety of my old set. She put at least 3 layers of shellac on top and my nails ended up looking thick, wonky & very uneven.
I had to re-file them myself when I got home…
I’m probably gonna have to add some glitter to camouflage the bad nail job until I get an appointment to my usual salon in the next weeks.

Today i went there and it was very good. Good service, nice staff, and the did good doin my manicure pedicure

Overall a nice place but I didn’t get lucky with my nail technician. She didn’t know what she was doing and I constantly had to correct her. I felt bad because I think she was new but I didn’t want to walk out with nails I didn’t like. I pay for a manicure to get an expert’s service, all the other technicians looked experienced but unfortunately mine was not.

The cleanest and best nail salon in Montreal! Humble and kind and always respectful towards the customers. And always on time. 10/10

It was my first time going to this place and the experience was amazing! The place is very clean and pretty. Kathy and her husband are very nice, knowledgeable and pay attention to detail. I came with a design in mind and Kathy did her best to deliver and they were perfect!

Very good manicures, but absolutely no respect for our time.
3rd time they take me an hour late….
For busy people… GO somewhere who values your time.

What I witnessed today was an absolute disgrace. A young woman was in the salon and not satisfied with her manicure.rightfully so.as her nails were different shapes, colours and size. I have never seen a more horrible manicure in my life. The employees did not try to fix her nails, instead they completely harassed her and bullied her. No refund was given, instead they charged the client twice and she had to bring one of the owners to the bank down the street to prove to them that she has been charged twice. I have never witnessed anything like this in my life. I will never be going back and I will be telling EVERYONE about this young lady's experience.

I had 6 nails break in the spam of a week. They were really nice but I don't know what they do differently than in the other places, but 6 nails breaking in 1 week, never happened before. Plus I go get my nails done very often so I know what I'm talking about.

The new owners are great, hardworking and offer the best long lasting manicure and pedicure of the City! I tried a lot of places and despite this one not being close to my place, I always go back there! The powder is absolutely incredible! I took my daughter, my mom, friends and everyone loved it!

Waited 40 minutes without service. Was supposed to have manicure and pedicure. She filed one hand, then someone came in and asked for a manicure so she asked me to go sit at pedicure seats and wait more. I have a baby and never get to go out. This was my one bit of time to myself and it got ruined. Glad I paid a babysitter for nothing. People don’t have all day to wait. You make an appointment for a reason. So brutal. 0/10 don’t waste your time here.

Definitely would not recommend. I had an apt at 5: 30. Ended up waiting 15 min and the person who did it rushed because she took a break from another client. Took her 10 min to do the full pedicure. Very bad quality. She asked me if I wanted to pay the tip in cash or by card. I said by card and she added the tip before the tax was calculated so I paid more tax than I should have. Would not recommend. Never going back

I went there for full leg waxing. The person on the phone said the price was $30 but when I went to pay they said $45 (without tip). The man at the cash made me wait 10 minutes before paying, which I also did not appreciate. Finally, the waxing itself was subpar. I didn’t find that they were professional and it was probably the worse quality/price ratio. I will not go back.

They were so kind and patient with me! I did an acrylic manicure with a french tip and it is truly the best manicure I have ever had. I would 10/10 recommend this nail salon to anyone!

I have been getting waxed for over a decade so I've definitely had some bad experiences over the years but nothing compares to the horrible waxing job I got at this place. The lady I had has probably never waxed anyone in her life, she didn't know what she was doing, everyone knows you need to apply the wax in the direction of the hair growth and then pull in the opposite direction, but not this lady, I dont know what she was doing, she kept pulling from all different directions and then she calls another lady to help her out, and this lady walks in, starts yelling at her in Mandarin and now they're both waxing and pulling in different directions at the SAME TIME, the second lady was so aggressive and rough, I think she forgot I was a human being, and I told her several times that I wasnt comfortable, she ignored me the whole time, didnt acknowledge anything I said.she then tells me to turn and when I look down, there was still so much hair left! When I pointed it out, she seemed annoyed, I couldnt take anymore of it and decided to not let them finish. When I went to pay, she had the nerve to ask if I was going to add tip!

This place can be a great place for manicure and pedicure but definitely not for waxing.
I am not sure whether the lady knows how to wax. At some point she hurt me. I booked for 2 services but had to leave after the 1st one as the quality wasn’t there. I have tried quite a lot of place and have to admit this one is the worst I ever been.
Am sorry for the lady who tried hard, it’s more for the owner to make sure to have the right people at the right place

Very nice place! People are friendly and very professional. The Shellac and dip powder I get there always last a long time, I never have an issue with chipping or anything like that. They often have room, even without an appointement, which is fantastic if you're last minute like me. Definitely my go to!:)

Sandra’s Beauty Nail Salon is my favourite nail salon. Professionel service and wonderful nail experts who make you feel special. Highly recommend them.

Good value for the money. I’ve had good experiences every time I went there (as a matter of fact quite regularly). Staff is friendly and competent. Facility and instruments are clean as they cater to the Westmount crowd mostly.

I go every week. Good manicure and pedicure, on time. Fingers, Hannah, Lin nd Sandra are standouts
