Malgré que le rendez-vous était très long à cause de Vendredi feu, j’ai réussi à magasiner ce que je cherchais, j’ai reçu une excellente service de Cristan.
Il est important que vous faites vos recherches avant de passer au comptoir parce qu’il vous ne propose pas nécessairement le meilleur offre disponible…

Hier, je suis allé à l'entrepôt Costco de Laval pour une offre mobile. Le vendeur, portant un t-shirt blanc et des cheveux rappelant le Prédateur du film Aliens, n'a pas daigné répondre à ma question tout en dégustant un sandwich! Il n'a même pas répondu à mon salut, partant sans me regarder. Honnêtement, je n'ai jamais vu un tel comportement chez Costco, une enseigne que je considère généralement excellente.
J'espère que Costco pourra surveiller ces boutiques et le comportement de leur personnel, car cela peut affecter la crédibilité de l'entrepôt dans son ensemble.

Employees are not respecting the intent of application specially when there are in impression there lot of people to serve quality of service reduce drastically. Employee who severed me not even had patience to answer some legitimate questions attitude was take it or leave. Really bad attitude.

J ai ete servie par une dame qui manquait d’expérience je pense, elle a fait beaucoup d erreurs et oublies, service tres lent par dessus tout;
apres réclamation le superviseur a pu rectifier le tout.

I was at Costco Laval this morning and disappointed with the service of the staff (I don’t know her name). She seems tired of doing her job and didn’t want to answer all my questions and was rushed. She asked me to stay a side if I haven’t made decision but actually I wanted to ask for the other options that meet my interest. I also wanted the Iphone 14 Pro Max but she said it’s not in the store. However in the website, this phone is also on the promotion. She should explain more or let me know if I can make order online or receive it later …,
Not so happy about the service there!

I first experienced this waiting system at Costco Laval. It didn't update the number and send sms accurately. The system was supposed to help avoiding waiting at the kiosk but i ended up waiting another 40min at the kiosk after being called back. Useless system!
There was 2 persons serving and i was 4th in line, yet it took 1h before it's my turn. Really slow service!

Great deal with Bell, but misleading information as we were told we can change the phone from Samsung to Iphone if we dont like it with in 30 days.when we went back they told us you can but the contract will increase by a lot.given the fact that we have signed 4 contracts and we already had chosen iphone for one of the contracts, which we know the price.the agent told us this was a promotion and now is finished.
Also just to note so Costco is aware that the screen protector for S22 that are selling and giving with the phone as part of the deal is not compatible and it will not let you register your finger prints, so you need to take it out put it in the garbage and buy new one.hopefully they will read this comment and reimburse all those screen protectors sold or given as part of the contract with compatible ones.

Un personne arrogante, n'est pas à l'écoute, il me dit clairement qu'il ne peut pas m'attendre parcequ'il m'a tout expliqué, je ne sais pas comment cette personne est toujours en fonction, selon les personnes sur place c'est un Algérien impolis avec tous

The customer service agent was too accelerated and prepotent type personality. She was literally joking of my wife when she asked some questions. She was a lady and name started with S. Must improve this part of service. Remember you do not do a favour on us, instead we are giving you buissness.

Customer service was knowledgeable and the sale was good.until the clerk gave my new smartphone AND all accessories to the cashier at Costco. I had to wait over an hour because she accidently gave it away to the client in front of me. One hour and a half pass, the manager makes me wait on the side and the client finally brings back the smartphone and said accessories. However, when I asked the manager (who picked it up from the client) if everything was complete, he said Yes and confirmed he double-checked. I verified if everything was there and 2 accessories from my purchase was missing. Went back to the manager to tell him and showed my receipt. The clerk also confirmed to his manager that we purchased these missing accessories. The manager told the clerk to take care of it.almost 2 hours this took because of lack of organization from management and miscommunication. Overall service deserve 3 stars and that's being generous. This is the first and last time I will purchase a smartphone at this location.

Our first experience buying a phone from Costco and I regret not trying earlier. It was super busy but there is a system where you "sign in" online and get a notification when it is your turn. The sales agent was amazing, we got a great deal on the new phone with our same Fido plan and got headphones, a car charger, a case and screen, and a Costco gift card! Amazing service, totally recommend!

The guy who’s name John at costco LAVAL was very professional and welcomed us juste at the end of the day where every one is exhausted he offered us the maximum he can do and replied to all our questions

J’ai voulu faire affaire avec eux et ils ont refusé de me servir sous prétexte que je n’avais pas de carte de crédit et que mon permis de conduire est expiré (permis apprenti) et que supposément c’est de la fraude. J’avais pourtant d’autres pièces d’identité comme mon assurance maladie valide ou mon numéro d’assurance sociale. Pourtant en sortant de là-bas j’ai appelé Bell pour leur demander et ça n’a pas du tout été problématique j’ai été en mesure de commander un cellulaire et d’aller le récupérer en magasin…

Très bon service, un gros merci à Aissa! Nouveau téléphone et 20$ de moins pr mois. Quoi demander de mieux
