The advertised incentives such as a headphones and tha car charger are not in stock. The salesman failed to provide me with any written note to receive them when they become available.

I needed two phone change.
Waited 1 hour and Not many choices and only one phone left. I gave up this time
Disappointed.

Was a great service. Salesman was so professional. I felt guilty not taking the plan but what stopped me was the $60 charge to switch. I definitely will refer people to this company.

Great experience. Online queue kept me informed and allowed to run my shoppings. Staff was courteous and fast (very fast compared to other places).

Was not good I had to wait long time staff were not fully aware of the product and promotion. I will not use it again and I will not recommend it

I had a great experience and good deal with them but the only problem was misunderstanding about my request for having both phones as a lease he gave me one of them as lease another one as fianance. The rest was good.

My wife and i had the greatest experience at the cell phone kiosque in Costco Pointe-Claire. The customer service representative a Mr ZAX explained everything in great detail our future monthly payments and our cellphone plans. Nicolas doesn't follow virtual line, been back 5 time issue still not resolved from black friday November 2022. Representative are useless and very unhelpful.

The service was great, but there should be a different queue for those who have a technical service issue when a phone is not working. Had to wait about 2hours before we saw the representative, and we didn't get a loaner phone. Said we have to wait upwards of 6 weeks to resolve the issue.

I went 3 times to get my New IPhone and as this was the promotion for the Black Friday every time we were late but third we went early and the service was very nice and he gives each client there time

Melanie is very knowledgeable and patient. I appreciated her personalized service and attention to detail. I think there should be two lines, one for activations and another for questions. This will create operational efficiency because activations take time. Would also be nice to have 3 people working on weekends especially around back to school, Christmas and other known volume peak times.

Waited 2.5 hours in line to return a defective phone I bought from them a week ago, only for them to tell me they won’t take returns until the new year

It was a nice experience at rogers kiosk at Costco pointe Claire Corey L was the sales person an excellent gentleman explained everything answered all my questions served very well. He should be promoted. Waiting period was a bit too long about three hours. There should be more salesperson at during Christmas and New year. Customers 65+ and people with disabilities don’t have to wait that long thanks

Very bad experience. An offer was valid and they didn’t tell me the truth about it. The employees tried to sell me another offer more expensive while I was asking about the offer that was existing. Not honest.

The phone sales are very bad. I waited in line for 2hours, then they told me that they can't do return for that day. They don't post any notice onsite or online, Only with very arrogant attitudes tell me that's costco's decision. Very disappointed for their service and regret for my wasted time.

Waited almost 3 hrs to be told the phone I wanted is out of stock. I was looking for a Samsung S20 FE and the first alternate suggestion from the salesman was an Apple phone. I clearly wanted Android so was pretty taken aback that he would first suggest an iPhone over a different model of Samsung or other Android phone. Could not tell me when more were coming and put zero effort in trying to help me. After waiting almost 3 hrs in line, to get terrible service like made this waste of my morning even worse. I would give zero stars if I could

A couple of weeks ago I made the decision to switch from an Android to an iPhone. I purchased my new iPhone 13 at the Pointe Claire Costco. Purchasing the phone was easy. The problem was when my salesperson tried to transfer the info from my Samsung to my iPhone. Initially the transfer worked well and then it just stopped. I was advised to go home and try again which I did without success. I spoke to 3 different people at Apple Support who were unable to help me. My case was elevated to the engineers who announced that the problem was with Samsung. When I spoke with Samsung support they of course blamed Apple. Needless to say I was extremely frustrated and returned to Costco the following day to see if I could return my phone. That’s when my sales lady Kimberley jumped in. I left my phones with her for a few hours during which time she tried a number of different ways to transfer the data and was successful! Kimberley was able to do what Apple (with all their resources) and Samsung were unable to do!

After (disappointingly) dealing with my phone carrier (at their respective location) Maxime L, at Sans FIL was an absolute professional and gem! He went above and beyond the call of duty and I can't say enough about his enthusiasm and determination to provide the best service and solutions for your needs! Thank you Maxime! Recently, I transferred my phone lines from one carrier to the other. Not being familiar enough, I wasn't sure all would work. But to my surprise, it all turned out pretty smooth. I was so lucky to have been served by an employee named Jeremie, who showed his utmost professionalism, patient, calmness and who provided answers to all of my questions. I would have given my experience a 5 star, but the wait on the kiosque was too long. I waited well over an hour and a half. Only 2 employees working, through no fault of their own. Otherwise, the service was excellent. Jeremie was friendly, polite and clearly explained all the details with my new phone and plan.

Very quick and efficient. They had a great customer service and really knew what they were doing! I always go there for phone upgrades and plan changes. They give you all kinds of extras like accessories and gift cards! Don’t know why anyone with a costco membership would upgrade their phone anywhere else!
