Waited for 1 hour and 20 min for service on arrival we were #6 in there line. 20 min later we were #3 and waited for an hour as they passed 3 other clients and we remained #3. When we asked about why the line was not changing they told us that clients had waited for up to 5 hours for service. I ques they think that people can't count or they serve there friends before there clients of Costco. We will never return to this location the customer service is bad. If you are a business owner think twice.

L’application d’attente en ligne est vraiment mal faite…. J’ai perdu 5 hrs puisqye ça me disait que vous ouvrez à 9: 00 lorsque c’était 7 hrs! Au lieu d’être 2e en ligne j’étais 12e…. Du gros n’importe quoi durant le black Friday!: (

The virtual registration needs to be fixed. After registering it shows me that I am next, but people registration are served. Please make one queue.
