Il nous a offert un très bon prix pour le service et a pris son temps à transferrer tout les datas sur le nouveau Iphone.

Beaucoup trop long.un seul vendeur le vendredi midi c est pas assez. De plus il ne m'a pas vendu le bon case pour mon telephone. Je dois retourner. Au retour le lendemain, beaucoup plus de vendeurs. Setvice ultrarapide et courtois. Merci

Fantastic service from Ali today at Costco Sans-Fil. Super helpful, friendly and patient. Looked for best solutions for myself and my partner. He made the transition to a different cell carrier seemless and quick. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Ali was very helpful. It took a bit of effort to sort things out since I'm a temporary foreign worker but his diligence allowed me to leave with new service up and running.

Jimmy was fabulous. I highly recommend placing the wine sampling next to the booth with a few cocktail tables. Would be great for the long wait.

Mr. Hamid 's service was excellent. He is very nice, polite, patient and effective. He explained very well and clear. His service was very effective. I'm very happy.

Jimmy was friendly, very helpfu l and knowledgeable. He did a great job in explaining the phone contract and working through the complexities of the process. We were quite happy with the service but found the waiting time very long.

Worst experience in Costco in my life.
I waited near 2 hours it’s ok but it’s not my fault to make it after 7 o’clock. I can understand that your staffs are tired and willing to finish today’s work. But how can you be so rude shouting at me “you’re wasting our time! It’s been 7! Go home! ”
Your carrier‘s plan changes price in one week. You also changed gift this week. It’s normal to ask price match and gift match according to Costco rules. Even if you cannot do gift match, you can tell me friendly, not shouting!

Hier j’ai fais affaire avec Dominic pour un nouvel appareil pour mon fils, ça faisais la 3e fois que je revenais au kiosque pour demander des informations et à toute les fois Dominic, ainsi que toute l’équipe ont été tellement patient avec moi. Malgré l’attente et le rush dû au Black Friday, ce qui est complètement normal, j’ai reçu un service irréprochable, une offre pour le moins assez incroyable avec un iPhone 12. En conclusion, je suis satisfait en tout point à 110% et je recommande à tous d’aller voir Dominic et toute son équipe au Costco Bridge.

Staff is REALLY hit and miss. More than once, including today, I went to make a purchase and the service was so bad I decided against it, preferring to pay more elsewhere than encourage the terrible customer service.

Long wait but very good customer service. The agent took his time to explain the promotions available and we did not feel rushed.

The employees at the kiosk provide great service, but I waited over an hour in the virtual line only to find that the phone I was there to buy was out of stock. They could at least mark out-of-stock products on the display!

Dominic was very helpful, even though it was non stop busy he was great to deal with and got me set up exactly how I wanted!

The Arabic lady at customer service was not willing to look into accounts. She was either faking ignorance or was unwilling to go through the details offered to exclusive customers.

It is a very busy Monday due to Black Friday deals. The services are ok in general, with good promotions. But the person I talked to seems to be more difficult to communicate with. Also, I agreed on the $45 monthly plan, but it is actually $50 monthly plan, which is different from what I was told…
