I have waited for 2 hours in the queue and was surprised that they are closing without get a chance to talk to any Rep.

Slow service. They set up a system where we need to take a place in line with a QR code. But people shout and get served outside the line.

I know that everyone wants to get a phone in Blake Friday BUT.nobody wants to stay 2 h to wait in line. I waited 1 hour for my turn and I think 4 customers were served; I gave up.they called me after another hour, that it was my turn.nothing else to say.

The agent I talk to him wasn't helpful.he has a very bad experience (how to talk to customers). He hasn't any patient. I pay money so I ask many questions to understand and he doesn't care about my questions. It is the worst service
