Mon tour n’a pas été respecté après deux heures d’attente
Le conseil se permet de répondre au question d’un autre client alors qu’il me prend en charge, très déçu! Et quand j’ai manifesté mon mécontentement il me dit c’est normal le client peut pas attendre pour une petite question, c’est pas vrai car ce dernier pose plusieurs question alors qu’il été la avant moi a pris 1h facilement avec le conseiller

I'm waiting too much time and finally when I going to the counter I didn't find what I need so I loste more than 1 hour and half for nothing and second day Thursday one of December I. I went Costco another branch and they tell me they don't have a stock it's I think it's a joke

Assigning the right leaders into the right leadership makes a difference in customer satisfaction.

I’d to thank "William", for showing his support and leadership. On Monday night “Nov 27” the reservation list was maxed out. Instead of pushing me away, he provided me with a solution “If they could process the reserved customer list before the night ends, he will be able to help me. As I was lucky, he took me in, processed my new transaction, patiently and professionally and I left the place with a big smile on my face.

Great Leadership experience.

Alexandre D’amour at Costco Brossard is very professional, knowledgeable, patience
and take his time to explain the cost.
Imagine he helped me to transfer the old phone to iPhone 14 and request me to go
Shopping and come Back later.
Serving with a smile!
Imagine he was all alone but very systematic. Clients did not complain even though waiting time was long and appreciate his expertise service.
No lunch, no break. I have a few Chinese friends who liked him so so much for his
Great Service.

I had a Very bad experience at Costco mobility in Brossard on March 15,
But next day i met with Cedric and he totally changed my experience with the service
He is really dedicated and patient take the time and make calls with Rogers till he was able to fix all problems with my account and financing plan.

Was good service, but they were out of iphone 13’s from fido. Wanted to open a 2nd line but was unable to.

J'ai été servi par Jeft pour renouveler une entente de 24 mois avec Rogers et avoir 2 nouveaux appareils. Le service a été impeccable et j'en ai absolument eu pour mon argent. Je vais reccomander cette boutique à tout le monde dans mon entourage sans hésitation.

Excellent service. Changement de fournisseur avec des particularités spécifiques, ils ont pris le temps qu'il fallait pour m'aider.
