Staff are friendly enough but they need to have a queue for quick questions and a different queue for cell phone contracts. I was visiting Costco and wanted to purchase a cell phone case which I could have done without the help of the staff if these were simply on display. As it is I was put into the queue then got a message I was next in line but unfortunately the three agents were dealing with complex contract questions with the previous client. So I waited about 20 minutes then decided to leave, I had time to pay my other purchases, walk to my car and drive most of the way home when my phone rang to say it was my turn. It is ridiculous to wait being next in line for a 1 minute question for over an hour!
