Mon experience avec Santé Cannabis est très positive. Le personnel de la clinique sont de personnes très humaines et professionnels. Je remercie surtout d’avoir eu une place pour devenir leur patient et pour pouvoir apprendre et utiliser le CBD poir l’anxiété, l’insomnie, etc. Merci beaucoup!

J'ai la fibromyalgie et l'arthrite rhumatoïde; depuis que je suis suivie par la clinique du cannabis et que je prends 90mg de CBD à tous les jours, je n'ai presque plus de douleurs, ça fonctionne vraiment.

Les intervenant.e. S de Santé Cannabis sont très professionnel.le.s et empathiques. Leur protocole d'intervention est très complet et rigoureux. Je n’avais jamais pris de cannabis auparavant, mais je me sens bien guidée et sécure avec cette équipe. Le cannabis m’a grandement aidé à contrôler mon anxiété. Il m’aide aussi à réduire mes douleurs, causées par une maladie neurodégénérative, et à améliorer mon sommeil. Entre deux rendez-vous, je peux contacter la clinique si j’ai des questions en lien mon cannabis thérapeutique, ce qui est rassurant. Merci pour tout, Santé Cannabis!

Painfully long waiting time for very little insight. If you know literally anything about how marijuana affects you and your body then you will basically be able to do their job for them. I am forced to go there 4 times a year just to keep my medical license, and not once have they actually suggested anything to me that works, because they don't ask relevant questions and don't actually care.
I wish recreational was cheaper so I could afford to stop coming here. 2-4 hours of your time for someone to glance at your file and tell you they're impressed by your progress for 5 minutes.

Five month waiting period and $50 fee to process my application? Five month waiting period is rediculous. I can't take any other meds for my fibromyalgia and I need CBD oil and I have to wait 5 months to even speak to somebody? Why does your establishment even exist? I'm sure you're not really helping people and I've read the othet reviews.

My doctor faxed ALL paperwork needed almost 3 weeks ago and I call today to see what the status report is and I can't even get to a human being via your IVR. It brings me in circles and just tells me I have a 5 month waiting period and thanks me for my patience.

I'm in the process of trying to find another resource of help now. I'm calling Health Canada to get some help too. If they refer me back to you, I will just relayed to them what I've experienced with you.

Expect to wait a solid hour before even seeing the nurse. Then possibly another hour to see the doctor. On a busy day, you could be waiting 3 hours, and that's with an appointment. They seem to also make no effort to make the wait easier. No magazines, no tv, no poke stop in range lol. Just flat out boring.

Money, not patients are their priority. Empathy is lacking, as in they do not consider a patients disability yet they prescribe for it? Wait times and service is absolutely atrocious. I would recommend a different service provider.

Le servivce nest pas bon j'ai demander de l'aide urgent en douleur chronique depuis 5 ans de symptôme de cyriax chronique! Je n'est pas les bon médicament mon médecin connaît rien du cannabis qu'il ma dit alors il me prescrit 5 g. Huile de cannabis.avec spectrum cannabis Canada Il me donne des capsule huile de cannabis 20gm ça fonctionne pas du tout la bouteille même contient 10g. 30 caspsule ses pas normal de prendre 15 capsule par jour j'ai commencer à 1 par jour 1 semaine 2c 1 semaine et la rien je suis à 6 par jour et je suis encore en très forte douleur je suis vraiment tanner attendre tout est très long il me dise de faire remplir un formulaire par le médecin ça fait 6 appelle que je fait j'ai fait un fax de la prescription il me dise encore ses pas la bonne choses désespérer j'ai besoin d'aides vous nous aider pas vraiment

The whole staff was remarkable.very professional, empathetic and patient with my numerous questions.
Dr. Posner has organized a very competent staff.able and willing to address all of my concerns.
I feel that it is necessary for me to thank all of the people I met today.
Dr. Posner is a "no nonsense" guy who does his best to find a viable treatment for my specific needs.
Mary was so attentive in listening to my background in order to build a comprehensive "history" of my unique situation.
Peter was very attentive to my needs and economic reality, and I feel that he did his utmost to find an affordable means for me to achieve my future peace of mind.
But above all, I must thank Vanda, who despite her numerous tasks, found the time to assist me by answering my numerous questions and helping me navigate the intricacies of an iPad (something totally new to me). Without her assistance, I would have spent much more time inputting my info. Thanks you so much for your empathy and patience!

Beaucoup aimé ma première visite. Prévoir 2h mais c'est bien investit. Accueil courtois avec mini questionnaire sur douleurs du jour et signer une entente de responsabilité et décharge. Ensuite, prise en charge par une infirmière qui vérifie mon dossier médical pour valider que tout soit ok. Aucun jugement. Informations complètes données par l'infirmière, confirmer par médecin. Aucun frais. Consultation sur la carte d'assurance maladie. Suivi dans un mois.

New location in a larger building, nice upgrade. As always, the location is accessible, the staff are great, and the medical receptionists are much kinder than at most clinics. Dr. Dworkind is a rockstar in palliative care and medical cannabis, and has a charming personality that again, is often lacking in clinics. I arrived late for my appointment and still found myself in and out faster than ever before.

Everybody here is absolutely professional and is eager to help. Kind and compassionate - from the receptionist to the doctors. It’s true the waiting time are long, but when is waiting for a doctor NOT a long wait in Quebec? !? !

This place has significantly changed in the past two years. Under Adam's direction it was a 5 star clinic.

Its a shame after being with the clinic for 2 years you are unable to give me a appointment and then the one i actually manage to take off work ; you call the day before to cancell unable to give me another date before my actual prescription expired in general, not just with the LP cause that had already expired a month prior. Such a shame, i lost Dr.dworkind because of lack of organisation. This clinic was run so much better by Adam used to be a 5*. Now i deal with another clinic; very satisfied. My appointment was the same week i called.

Very long wait for appointment to be set, totally understandable given the situation. However, there is also a long wait in the clinic itself. Once I was the only person there and still waited around 45 mins past my appointment time.

Only other negative is I have had a few mix-ups with appointments and some confusion with what I'm there for, communication needs work.

One big thing I'll say, is the staff I've encountered are lovely and far friendlier and more understanding than doctors I've encountered. They are kind and sensitive to the issues you are facing. For me, that goes a long way.

Overall, I was surprised and impressed with the level of professionalism (though that depends on the staff you get). Everything was clearly explained and they were very understanding with someone who has not much drug experience.

Sadly, much of it is not covered by insurance (private can cover some, ask your provider). Hopefully when the legal status of marijuana becomes different, we will see a change to this.
