Excellent service je sais qu’il travail fort pour servir tout leur patients. Dr.zwecker le meilleur medecin il s’occupe de notre famille depuis qu’on est arriver au quebec ca fait 15 ans et nous n’avons jamais été decu de son service je vous souhaite une bonne continuation:)

This clinic is so great. When I need to be seen, I am given an appointment within days, and am always taken on time, no lengthy waits ever. I am always called with follow up results very fast. Reception is easy to get to through various ways which is great. Anyone who is lucky enough to have Dr. Borten as their doctor is in the greatest hands. She is just a wonderful doctor who truly takes the time to listen to your concerns and is very thorough. Any time she was not available, other doctors who replaced her were also great. I can’t say a negative thing about this place. I’m very glad to be a patient here.

J’arrive à la réception la madame à l’accueil me voit j’attends mon tour ya une patiente qui vient après moi, elle m’a bien vu prendre la file, elle est passée devant moi et la réceptionniste lui a dit un instant, j’ai parlé à la réceptioniste elle a fait semblant qu’elle a pas entendu.quand j’ai parlé une de ses collègues de l’autre côté me voit me dit vous pouvez passer ici avec un ton rude.je lui ai dit est ce qu’on respecte l’ordre ici ou non? Elle m’a dit simplement c’est qui votre médecin … puis ensuite elle m’a fait un regard vraiment méchant quand j’étais assise ….
C’est vraiment dommage avoir un tel comportement envers un patient (e) quand on est déjà malade …. Vraiment dommage

J’ai simplement demandé si je pouvais consulter en tant que nouvelle patiente. Avant que je puisse même terminer ma phrase la réceptionniste crie “NON ON NE PRENDS PAS DE NOUVEAUX PATIENTS” et dis “je m’excuse” puis raccroche.

In reception, they are not settled. It seems they just started doing what they do.
The triage is messed up. They do not take the patient's vital.

I didn't see even the equipment of triage in the room. Thermometer, blood pressure, and pulse, etc.

Lack of personnel for doing the clinical procedures, but good at taking the RAMQ card.
You only can address one issue in one visit.

The doctor told me to come back another day to get my blood pressure.

I wasted my time for nothing.

Doctor Orr is so very lovely and I'm hoping she's getting a lot of rest on her maternity leave, I met Dr. Orr because she had done some work with vulnerable women due to homelessness, systemic racism ect and I was one of those women she helped and I am so grateful to have met such a caring woman who treats everyone with respect and completely without bias, however I had to come in today due to a situation that was very concerning for me since I had been suffering with burning, swelling and ongoing pain but sadly I was met with a nurse practitioner (filling in for Dr. Orr) who had zero patience or bedside people skills and was even somewhat vicious, I even had to ask her to calm down during the visit because of her curt manner she was directing at me, also when I asked her name but I only repeated Claire because I used to have speech problems and couldn't pronounce the last name she went as low as to mock me by saying I have a family name too just looking for any blows possible, it's so very gross when someone you have to trust with your actual body emots such lack of respect, understanding and quite frankly cruelty, however I did muster up the courage to tell her at the end that she treated me without regard and she responded with "that's okay" and I said no it isn't and she said "have a nice day" which is something people say to rub in their insults thus clearly expressing that she's perfectly fine and even proud of her behaviour!

I can't wait till you're back Dr. Orr

I’m giving a 4 because I had one bad experience here by a nurse practitioner who was extremely rude with me. Other than her, this clinic has a very good system with wonderful staff.

Summary: Receptionist was rude. Dr Michael was ok.

We arrived at 5555 av. Westminster Suite 5 minutes before our scheduled appointment. We dialed the intercom, but no one was answering. One by one, parents and their sick children started coming in until there were 4 groups of us.

10 minutes later, we were finally buzzed in. The elevator was small and we had strollers, so we had to take turns going to the clinic at the 2nd floor. We took the 2nd ride.

The receiving area was empty, and no staff was around. After a few minutes, a lady with blonde hair walked up to her station to receive us. She asked what our appointment time was, and I said 10 minutes ago to which she responded “You’re late! ”. I was about to explain what had happened with the intercom when she interrupted me again and said “You’re late! ”

I looked around, shook my head, and smiled with disbelief and noticed that all of the other parents were looking towards our direction. We all smiled at each other, and one father was shaking his head.

She called one of the doctors and asked if we can be accomodated, stressing again that we were late. The doctor chose to see us anyway.

After myself, the other parent walked up to the receptionist and explained the intercom situation. The receptionist didn’t acknowledge the intercom issue and instead said “It’s not your appointment”, twice, to the other lady.

The good points, the clinic was clean and spacious. Dr. Michael was patient and attentive. The restrooms were clean but didn't have changing tables.

Bonjour je suis suivi à cette clinique ou je mon médecin de famille, je donner une étoile aujourdhui parce que l’attente au bout du fil est interminable, je viens de manque l’appel de la clinique est je rappelle mais aucun réponse ça fait 1h10 que j’attends que la réception prend mon appel c’est très décevant on va ou comme ça ……? On doit attendre combien pour nous répondre?

I have been their patient for years. The doctors, nurses, social worker, nutritionist and the staff is amazing. Excellent care, you feel listened to and taken care off every single time. I always recommend them to family and friends.one of the best GMFs out there.

I had a very positive experience at this clinic. Online booking is straightforward. The secretarial staff are professional and efficient. Dr. Zwecker and the nursing staff are attentive and very helpful.
