J'appelle pour avoir des informations pour avoir un rendez-vous avec un médecin et la réceptionniste me dit nous ne prenons pas de nouveau patient sans même donner d'explication ou faire des recommandations comme si c'était un lieu privé c'est du jamais vue.

This place is amazing, just go early in the morning, because place rapidly going to be crowded but ladys going help you.

R.v reservé par CRDS a 13h loin de mon domicile.rappel de la clinique confirme le rv a 13h30 j'ai téléphoné a la clinique pour savoir si le stationnement était accessible elle me confirme que très difficilement accessible que cela prend beaucoup de temps a trouver une place mais que je pouvais arrivé plus tard que le dr Egiziano était en retard d'au moins 30m a 1h donc que je pouvais arriver après sans problème donc a mon arrivé la réceptioniste m'a dit d'attendre dans la salle d'attente vers 14h20 la réceptioniste m'a dit qu'il était en retard de prendre un autre rv. Une journée complète de perdu avec 4 heures de route.

Came here for my rapid antigen test required to go back home to the states. Very prompt and courteous service. Got my negative result back in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely use them again.

Made online appointment for test which turned out didnt need. Now trying to cancel and get refunded $79 paid but no one us picking up phone and have been waiting on hold for almost ONE HOUR! For some reason Cannot cancel the 10: 40 am appointment online though made it online. Do not use this place if you have questions or issues - they dont answer the phone!

Went above and beyond, took into consideration the test was for travel and made sure to ask me if the name on the form matched the passport.

Testing was done quickly. Price of test is high considering how little time it takes and the low cost of testing kits. Also the location should be closer to the tourist area of town. Having to take a taxi to the lab adds to the already high cost of testing.

Getting a covid test to travel to the US could not have been easier. I only learned I needed the test at noon one day, found their website and was getting the test at 13: 45 the same day. I had the results emailed to me within 45 minutes. Wonderful service.

The receptionist however was very rude. We stayed in Canada for two weeks, and this was the only person in Canada during our entire stay that we found was not really polite and friendly!
I accidentally purchased 2 tests the day before by mistake, and asked if there would be a possibility of refunding the $150 I paid in error. First she pretended not to understand me (I asked in English) and then when a helpful customer translated my question into French, she looked visibly annoyed when she had to answer me, and simply told the Man in French that it was my mistake.
“I’m sorry but we can’t do that” would have been sufficient instead of being visibly rude.
Recommend a course on “service with a smile” for this person!

Hubby and I needed a Covid test at least a day before flying back to the US. I did a search and found this clinic was pretty close to our cruise ship, so I made an appointment online. It was very easy to do! When we got there, we checked in which took about 2-3 minutes. The nasal swabs were done very quickly and efficiently. We could have waited 15 minutes to get our results, or wait for an email within two hours. We got the email in about an hour. Overall, we were VERY pleased with this clinic and the excellent service we received. Highly recommended!

The nurse on site was very kind and professional. I was earlier than my booked appointment and I was taken right away rather than waiting like I have at other facilities.

Dr Nada Maalouf will have you running for an appointment, and once you finally have it, she will “listen to you” for 3 minutes, say its all good, literally forget half what you said and then claim you are a hypocondriaque, if you look for patience and listening from your doctor, this is not the place.

I made an appointment since August within 24 hrs i canceled the appointment till now I haven't received the money back. I called so many times. They said they can't help me, they took my info to call me back they never did, my patience is over now. I don't know why you guys email me today about your promotion of 25%. I have all my prove!

Well, they have appointments at 7: 00 am even though they open at 8: 00 the service was fast for the covid test.

The clinic opened late so all people with an appointment early in the morning had to wait in a small corridor with no air circulation. One employees came without a mask, and was upset when we mentioned it, calling us the "the mask police". Not very safe nor reinsuring.

Great clinic. I needed a Cov-19 PCR test for travel and it was easy booking my appointment online. Showed up at the place and didn't have to wait long. Recommended for travelers.

Easy process to book online. Arrived at the location and whole process took around 5 minutes. I was in and out very quickly. Location is a bit tough for parking so book and early appointment if you are driving.

Convenient location, fast test. I arrived a few minutes early and was called in for the test exactly on time. And the results arrived in about 10 minutes!

Waited 2hr for my first appointment, for the second appointment at 12: 50pm, the doctor hasn't even arrived in the clinic yet and it's 1: 30pm already. Do the doctors here just come whenever they want? And still overbook appointments at times they won't be here?

Easy to schedule online. Great service. Fast, quick and easy. The technician who did the test was polite and efficient. In and out in just a few minutes. She was amazing! 5 stars all the way!

I have never seen any Private Lab like this. They are professionals. They are So Humble and Quick. I recommend all of u to go and visit once and mark my words u will not regret it.

Not all couple of stuffs are so rude and non co operative, she did not even wanted to listen to me, the administration should fire her.

I did a covid test for my international trip.
Prior to test I asked to put my passport.number on the results form
Unfortunately, I received the results with a number in the comments raw, without statement that it is a password number. Hope it will be ok

Attention ce sont des fraudeurs. Je suis allé passer un test 15 mins. Ça fait déjà plus de 20h que j attends mon résultats et je ne l ai jamais eu malgré leurs promesses de me le donner en moins de 1h. De plus, ils chargent 120$ et te donne un reçu de 99$. N’allez pas là ni aucune de ces compagnies. J ai manqué mon avion à cause d’eux.

The test was done right at my appointment time and took just a few seconds. I got my results in about an hour, via email. The process and results delivery were extremely convenient for travel. There wasn't a receptionist. I don't know if that's the norm or if it was because my test was done on a Sunday, but don't be surprised if there isn't anyone there to greet you or take your name. The nurse will come out and call you at your scheduled time.

Got tested in less than 5 minutes. Results were available within 12 hs
I also got a QR code of the result and areceipt.

Totally recommend this place. I did my test at 10: 20 am and got my result at 5 pm. Staff is really nice and the test was quick.

Went for my PCR appointment and my name was only called 20 minutes later. There was no one at the desk. There was no priority of serving. When I got there I was the only one, then multiple people lined up behind me. All of whom their names were called before mine even though I was there only 5 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment time.
Moreover, when I received my results, they were lacking the QR code. I tried calling them many times to ask for the QR code but my call would always go to voicemail.
Finally I went back in in person to ask for my QR code needed for my travels the next day, and they made me wait upwards of 30 mins just to speak to someone who could help me.

Edit:
After I saw the nurse, who was the most helpful, I was told that to receive the QR code I had to do an extra step of sending an email requesting it after receiving my results. I was not told that before and so receiving the results without it was very disappointing. I was told my email went to the junk and that’s why I didn’t receive a reply right away which is in itself a problem, but the nurse called me back and ensured that I received my QR code and that the information on it was correct which was very nice of her.
I understand most of the problems with this interaction are due to the heavy volume of customers due to Covid but I appreciate them taking the time to apologise and reconcile the situation regardless.

My experience has been extremely frustration. I had booked for a PCR test because of travel. That darn 72 hours had to be rescheduled. I had to cancel. Called at least 8 times over a period of 5 days for a credit. Left messages, no one returned my call.
Had to book somewhere else. Without my refund my cost for tests for my wife and I came out to $800.
I just heard back from Mark and apparently it takes up to 10 days to get a refund. They are very busy. I will change this to a 4 star once my credit comes in.

I was called for an appointment confirmation 9 days before the appointment. When I got here on the day of the appointment I was told I was not scheduled for an appointment to see the doctor. After reviewing their mistake, and showing them the confirmation email they sent me for the appointment, they realized never book my appointment with the doctor, another gentleman came in and said he has an appointment with the doctor I was supposed to see at the same time as my, supposedly scheduled appointment.

I’ve now been sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half and more than 5 people have seen the doctor who I was supposed to see, they keep on telling me “yes, you will be next to see the doctor”.

No blame on the doctors, it’s the reception workers that are a bit disorganized I find.

It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for an answer to my email. Do you have a test available to tell if you had covid IN THE PAST even if now you are vaccinated? I believe a test for antibodies would give a positive if you're now vaccinated, so, is there a test to detect actual infection in the past?

Booked an appointment for a PCR test online using the website, the booking process was user-friendly and smooth! The staff was extremely courteous and professional. Didn't have to wait long for the test. The nurse administering the test was very friendly and explained the steps clearly. Got my results under 24hours through email confirmation. Flawless experience! Would highly recommend this Clinic!

Did not provide results in 24 hours nor 48 hours. Ignoring requests for information and leaving me hanging dry during a 20 hour journey with my wife and family.

I had a feeling that this was going to happen by the general lack of professionalism from the moment we entered the clinic.

Ultimately had to get another test done at the destination and our passports have been temporarily confiscated until the results come back. Hopefully we get them back.

I would avoid this clinic at all costs for testing.

Edit: I received a response from the clinic who told us they would reimburse us and ensure 24 hours the next visit. We were able to complete our PCR test with customs at the destination and have since retrieved our passports.

This clinic did not respect my appointment time for a Covid-19 test. Unacceptable. A service should be paid for only AFTER the service has been provided/completed, not beforehand. Now I have to file a dispute with my credit card company to (hopefully) get my money refunded.

My family and I had to get Covid tested before travelling overseas. One of the nurses working there, FRANCESCA, was extremely professional and ensured that our results would be received before our travel date and time. Not only were our tests received within 24 hours but she also was kind enough to assist our friends that had to travel overseas as well.

Courteous staff, speedy process, and rapid results (Around 12 hours for me). I would recommend the clinic to anyone traveling in the near future.

Honestly it was a bit hectic when I arrived because they kept telling us to wait, come back after 30 mins, etc.and I ended up taking my test an hour after it was due, but my experience was good and the staff is very helpful. I had a few issues with my name (caused by me) and they fixed it for me and I got my result within 24 hours. We all have to keep in mind this sudden change for them too.

Ma mère a été passé le test de la covid pour voyage. Super rapide, ca l’a pris peut-être 15 min et elle était sorti. Elle a fait son test à 11: 15 le matin et on a reçu le résultat vers 7 pm la même journée. B

After communicating with the clinic I'm changing my review to 4 stars. They were courteous to give me a free test for my next flight and refund me the original test. Although the test is fast, there was a delay due to the addition of my passport number the last minute. Overall I had a good experience with the staff.

I have a written email from one of your agents that my results would be available LATEST by 3pm Sunday. The results arrived at 4: 10pm. I had to rebook my flight by 3: 50 pm because otherwise I would have lost the ticket entirely should the test be positive or not arrive on time. And to clarify I was not told to come at least 48 hours in advance at any point during my communication with the company. So that's a straight up lie.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They did not send the PCR results according to the time promised both by email, phone and verbally so I had to rebook my flight.

This has caused incredible damage both financially due to rebooking fees and lost vacation time from work and emotionally since I could not attend an important family occasion due to their irresponsible behaviour.

Needed the covid19 test result quite quickly for travel purposes and got it 9h after the test. I could reach out at evening through email and they were reactive and helpful to push forward the test result.

It was a bit hectic, and the receptionist forgot to confirm my appointment when I got there so I had to wait much longer than I should have, and had to go ask to see a nurse to do my PCR test. However I got my results speedily within 24 hours.

I wanna say I still haven’t gotten my result of antibody test. I have to get it to get my flight later today! Don’t trust their 24 hours, I have waited for 40 hours till now. I called their thousands of times, and nobody answered. I suppose I can’t catch my flight later.

We went there for a 24 COVID test in the weekend, it got really messy because it was their first time operating on weekend in a new location too. Long story short we ended waiting 2 hours longer, but they pulled through tested us and took the time to reach back at us to apologize for the inconvenience. They also issued a refund, not to mention that the result were delivered way under 24 hours! Good job santé medic Thank you so much.

Update on my review earlier regarding missing my flight due to not getting my Covid result in the time frame promised.
I spoke to someone from Santé Medic Clinic and he told me that where my test was done was a misrepresentation of Santé Medic Clinic. He also guaranteed me he will personally make sure I get my money back for the test I paid, and will make sure he does my next test for me at no charge as I missed my flight due to this so I need another test for when I will be travelling.
He was really nice and understood how I felt so I am changing my review and once all that he promised is completed I will update again.

So far I feel a little good for hearing someone care and know how I felt despite the damages I have incurred and still incurring.

J'ai eu un RV téléphonique qui n'a pas été respecté vendredi dernier et je suis toujours sans nouvelles du médecin et de la clinique malgré plusieurs appels interminables sans réponse et des courriels de suivi sans réponse aussi. Je trouve malheureux que mon médecin de famille se soit affilié à ces incompétents sans conscience.

Mise à jour: Suite à l'appel du gestionnaire, j'ai eu un autre RV vendredi à 13 heures.qui n'a pas été complété, malgré deux (2) appels de confirmation (secrétaire et infirmière). Ça confirme mon 1er courriel et l'incompétence de la clinique. Vous semblez très compétents pour trouver des excuses et ce n'est pas ce que le patient recherche! Vous ne pouvez pas nous blâmer pour les erreurs que vous inscrivez dans nos dossiers. De plus vous aviez mon numéro car votre bureau m'a rappelé à deux reprises. Votre clinique m'a démontré un manque total de cette 'empathie qui semble importante dans votre annonce!

GMF Sante Medic has the best service among all the clincs I have been to so far. They are reliable and all my friends and I (about 30 people) got the results on time within 24 hours as Sante Medic promised on their website.as per the new international travelling policy to China, we have to provide valid PCR and Antibody test within 48 hours before boarding the plain.the nurser from GMF is very kind, and communicated with our group and helped us all got the results on time, and made to the airport on time.go toGMF if you need a fast results for COVID19 test, they are fast! Reliable! And the cost is cheaper comparing with Medfuture.

Some of the doctors are amazing, the nurse is hilarious, the social worker is fantastic. Most of the receptionists are very caring except one that was wearing sweatpants and a sweatshirt looked like she was at home watching Netflix. Very unprofessional, do not understand how this is allowed.

For urgently request of COVID19 PCR and IGM test that Chinese Embassy required, GMF is cheaper, much reliable, the nurse there is very kind and helpful, easier to communicate and got all our results on time!

I've been going to this clinic for years. To be honest, I am more satisfied with the current system (teleconsultation) than before. Yes, it was not easy to make an appointment at the beginning (not answering calls). However, I think they improved the system recently hiring more secretaries? It is not that bad now. I avoid calling them early in the morning and late afternoon before the clinic closure, those hours are the busiest. I feel the new secretaries are much nicer than before the pandemic. Hopefully they will improve more and keep up the good work!
