Worst service ever from a female employé tonight. Just went in there this evening after work and while I was at the counter ready to check out the employee left me there and proceeded to serve another lady behind me by showing her wine choices and then collecting them for her. Then she proceeded to check her out in front of me, while she was clearly in line behind me at the counter!

I could not believe it! Have never experienced this lack of etiquette and professionalism at an SAQ in my entire life? Or anywhere in a civilized society really!

Then she proceeded to say ´ see you later’. So I guess it’s WHO you know in Hudson, not customer service for the customer who is actually waiting at the counter with her wine and ready to pay?

Is this what SAQ Hudson is all about? Pathetic and disgraceful to treat any customer like that? I am still in shock!

The staff is always welcoming and kind and always ready to help. The store Manager is very attentive and a bubble of joy.

Friendly staff and theirs a huge parking lot right across the street, which is very convenient. Surprisingly this place still had quite a bit of stock compared to others that were near empty.

What i like the most is when i look on the app for the Gin i love, the app says they have it, i go and it's their.
Ce que j'aime le plus, c'est quand je cherche sur l'application le Gin que j'aime, l'application dit qu'ils l'ont, je me rend syr place et ils l'ont.

Excellente sélection pour un établissement plutôt petit. Personnel super amical, gérant disponible et très compétent.
