Store was not busy but staff was to busy talking with each other. Didn’t bother to greet us. We were looking for a type of drinks but they didn’t carry it since it’s a small store. Not many selections.

I had such a good experience this time! I changed my rating because of her.
She was so helpful and kind and patient and very welcoming. This time I didn't know what I wanted and she was nice enough to listen and search and give me a recipe for a cocktail and all based on a flavor I told her I'm searching for when making a cocktail.
Then she gave me and a couple of others a little tasting!
And the cashier was also sweet and kind and patient, didn't rush me away!

I was so irritated by the cashier. I get there with my choice. I feel rushed because she's talking to the other cashier. She scans the bottle asks for the method of payment. I tell her wait I have my inspire card. Then she again asks for my method of payment. I put my bag on the counter to search for my cc. She doesn't move my bottle back and it falls because of my bag. And then she's like ok bye. For the next client in line.let me put my bottle away first. I was so angry. It's so strange because they seemed to have more employees than before and that makes them more impatient and rude with clients? Don't work in customer service if you have no patience

It's a liquor store, it will provide for you what you need. There is a tasting bar here that is a nice touch. The lady that was demonstrating the wine seemed very knowledgeable and was also able to help us in English and answer all of our questions. Thank you for providing a good experience.

Did not have my ID they did not accept that I go get it and come back to buy my bottle very poor service from employees did NOT care about good customer service which is their actual job

Le service de Marina et Natasha est toujours incroyable, elles connaissent très bien mes goûts au fur et mesure de feedback. C'est pour cette raison que je reviens toujours les voir.
