Directeur très désagréable et hostile. Invention de politiques bidon au courant de l’intéraction pour éviter un échange de bouteilles.

Très propre bon services, choix de produits bon mais manque quelques produits plus haut de gamme (pas un gros manque mais juste assez pour ne pas donné la cinquième étoiles) et pour revenir sûr le service je n'est malheureusement pas de nom mais les personnes à qui j'ai demandé des conseils pour les vins entre autres mon données de très bonnes suggestions. Voilà

I arrived 3 minutes before closing (thought they closed at 6 but it was 530) and one of the cashiers helped me grab some imported beers from the fridge, super nice and she even boxed it up for me. Really quick stop, but if I need liquor gifts i know where I'll go with more time to browse.

Amazing selection of scotches wow totally impressed fantastic staff also really there to help. 5 stars all the way.one gripe not enough bordeau wine.

La succursale à été rénovée est c'est réussi. Beaucoup de monde sur le plancher pour des conseils.

Renewed space and very helpful staff. Variety is not that large as is at other SAQ but you can order online and pick-up in store for free if you order more than $75 value, before tax.

Great location! The staff is always polite and friendly. They know their products and are there to help. They want you to find what you are looking for and to help you without any pressure. A+

OK so the store has been around for a long time. The selection is pretty good compared to an express. I always find what I’m looking for. I totally get that the employees are fighting for their collective agreement, but that doesn’t mean they can ignore customers when they walk in. They all look miserable and were more concerned about their schedule and hours. And yes that’s because I overheard them talking about that. At the end of the day I don’t have a choice to go to get my stuff. I hope they realize that the general population doesn’t feel bad for them. They technically work for a government organization and their salary is pretty decent for what they do. At this location the only guy that was helpful and kind of funny, look like he drank before going into work to make it better, Maybe it’s just because everybody looks like they needed a drink. Everyone else just tried to avoid customers by hiding in the back store, and Let me tell you, They were not restocking shelves.

The guy at the cash looked like he wish were in the back store With the rest of them.
At the end of the day does it matter? No. I leave with the alcohol that I cannot buy anywhere else and that’s the end of it
