SAQ Sélection

I have to check inventory before picking which SAQ I go to. This location doesn't always carry what I'm looking for, but their online inventory did not lie.

Very kind and helpful ppl. I was looking for a wine from the states that no one had in Ontario. They helped me find it and very patient with me.

The male staff creep me out, asking for my ID at the entrance & the cashier! I’m 26 years old and engaged! Maybe the mask and goggles have suppressed their eye site.

More a wine store then liquor store they have a decent selection but no stock so if you want something nice better hope nobody else does

Great selection of wine, spirits, and liqueurs. I especially like their sommelier area where you can discover great vintages and new products.

Excellent service and a good selection of products. Thorough measures are taken to help protect the health and safety of their clientele during Covid-19 period.

It's a liquor store. What more is there to say? They sell overpriced regulated booze for the government coffers. Certainly us Canadians pay three to four times more for the same bottle you'd get in the USA. If they'd open an SQDC in Aylmer that would bring a lot of revenue for Quebec because people from Aylmer don't want to drive essentially to Cantley to buy, that's why people still buy from their local dealer in Aylmer and pay much more. Please SAQ open an SQDC in Aylmer next door or share the building half and half.

Pas mal tout ce qu'on peut s'attendre d'une SAQ. Vastes choix, personnel serviable, bon emplacement, etc.

Vous n'avez pas d'affichage pour naviguer les clients de façon sanitaire entre les passages. De plus, les passages sont tellements petits que c'est impossible de rester 2 mètres en passant un autre client.

Watch your step! Walk with your head down as you might miss it! Service was awesome that's why I'm giving a 3 star. But the side walk? Never seen one that high before? Dangerous!

La sélection de vin et Scotch moyen c'est pas là que l'on fera des découvertes exceptionnel a moins d'aller au Cellier

Je suis allé acheté à la saq, je n'ai pas trop aimé le service à la clientèle. Le vendeur m'a aidé à toutes mes questions. Mais le problème c'est que je voyais le vendeur tournait un peu autour de moi. Cela me donnait l'impression comme si j'allais volé. Être une personne de couleur =voleur. Serieux après cette expérience je ne retourne plus là-bas. Je vais allé à d'autres places.ex. LCBO

This place is a little small, but the staff is always available and efficient. I prefer driving 15 minutes to go to that location instead of the one just beside my house on Plateau, Aylmer. It is very hard to find help and be able to see a sommelier is rarely available. When I asked help at my last visit, I was told that the Sommelier was on vacation for a full month and I was asked to come back when he returns.
Really! Waiting a full month? If I need wine, it is not in a month.
Also. Shelves are more and more empty.
Since the strike, that location have many issues
Last, if you are tourist in pur region, proces are much cheaper at LCBO though.

What's there not to like. It has alcohol. It's not like the SAQ offers an "experience". They sell liquor.

Staff is always friendly and points me in the right direction. I am always looking for something new and they have a good selection. Not always in stock, as the best things should never always be there when you want it, or else I wouldn't discover new and amazing selections suggested by the staff.

I was told to go to another cash for no reason as if he did not feel like serving me. He had one customer to serve with one bottle. I had to go to another cash that was busier. He then served another client that came after me. I was still waiting.

Centrally located in downtown Aylmer, staff are usually helpful in assisting with their selections but they do lack in indepth variety. Often have to go to other neighborhood outlets for a wider selection.

Crowded, decent selection, enough staff on hand that checkout is always super quick and efficient.

No longer sells wild vines. This is all my wife likes to drink. We will most likly never go to this saq again.

Layout could be better, had trouble finding the cash register the first time I was there. Otherwise, they have a wide selection and good service.
