SAQ Sélection

Worst service ever! Two weeks ago, i went to your châteauguay store to buy bottles for me. This old lady at the cash was aggressive and asking inappropriate questions. She categorically refused that I buy my bottles because I was with my 21 year old son. She got me so angry with her mingling attitude, I left your chateauguay store to go to Mercier store with my same and only son and bought all my same bottles for me. THEY had an excellent customer service. Needless to say, I will never return to your store and neither anyone from my extended family.

Passé à notre succursale pour profiter des spéciaux et acheter une couple de bouteilles de vin. Reçu de bons conseils de l'employée.

Très bien affiché. On ne cherche pas inutilement. Personnel poli et courtois. N'hésitez pas à demander de l'aide si vous avez une demande spéciale. Ils sauront vous guider dans un choix judicieux.

Staff accueillant qui connais bien ses produits et capable de bien conseiller. Bcp de choix et de disponibilité.

Nice location and I love iga and it's right beside it too so easy to get everything in one parking lot

So far so good, the SAQ I always go to even if they don't have everything I was looking for, employees/cashiers are nice!

C’était ma première visite à la SAQ Sélection de Châteauguay puisque je n’habite pas du tout dans ce coin de la Montérégie. J’ai que de bons commentaires pour Philippe. Il a été à l’écoute de mes besoins, très serviable et avenant. Un jeune homme inspirant! Bravo!

I'd like to see less imported wines and more Canadian wines. We have great variety from across the country. Let's encourage them!
