SAQ-Ville de Mont-Royal - Ch. Canora

I am moving my wine cellar, and today, when I picked up my latest order, I asked if I could have a few empty boxes. I got a hard NO. They told me they didn’t just have empty boxes laying around and of course they couldn’t start unpacking wine just so I could get boxes. I asked them if they could save a few next time they unpacked and I could come by and pick them up anytime. Again, NO, that was too difficult. I’ll head over to SAQ at Rockland. Hopefully they will appreciate my business going forward.

La conseillère était très sympathique, je recherchais la Rose Framboise que j'avais acheté dans une autre SAQ et je l'aie trouvée. Ensuite, en tant que client j'ai aidé à rassurer une cliente qui avait passé la caisse juste avant moi. Sa carte de crédit était sur le point d'expirer et quand elle a fait son paiement je lui dis que son paiement a passé car je reconnaissais le son du terminal quand n'importe qui tape avec sa carte de crédit. Ensuite ma transaction a passé comme une lettre à la poste et le caissier était heureux de voir que mon sac était bien caché dans ma poche.
