I've always been happy with my interactions since I started coming here a couple of years ago. I transferred my accounts because of a financial planner I had worked with at another branch I had been at for a long time. I can't speak highly enough about Trevor Bush.

It's very strange that these reviews are mostly either five stars or one. Is it possible that the negative ones are coming from competing institutions? I've been with this bank for 25 years. True, it's a small bank but that's what I love about it. Like everywhere else, sometimes the lines are long, at other times you go right through. On occasion, when I had a question, I've even gone in for extra advice from a manager without an appointment. Not many places where you can do this anymore. And that's how I met Trevor Bush. He was happy to meet with me on the spot. He gave me investment ideas without any pressure and I left with the feeling that he really knows what he is doing.

Don't go to this branch not busy but the service is terrible I asked for US money I had to repeat 4 times the combination I wanted even then didn't get any because they only had high combination. Crazy it's a bank never again!

This bank is absolute garbage always short staff they are slow they are useless they literally ALWAYS have 1 teller working this place is a joke changing banks

Great customer service with everyone I've interacted with at that branch, especially their financial advisor, Trevor Bush. He's extremely knowledgeable, very professional and courteous. He's always there to answer any questions I may have. I'm confident and stress - free with Mr Bush at the helm, taking care of my investments.

Pire service jamais vu pour un compte de banque en entreprise. Staff complètement désorganisé, j'ai été transféré 10 fois au mauvais département. Aucun moyen d'avoir du service sauf en se déplaçant physiquement en succursale. Directeur de compte toujours en vacances et indisponible. Frais par dessus frais. Ont fait une enquête de crédit pour rien, pour ensuite me dire que le produit qu'on m'avait offert n'était plus disponible

I would give 0 reviews if I could. It’s lunch hour there are no tellers.
When I finally do get to a teller they don’t know how to solve my issue and make me wait forever while they serve others. I usually never have to go to a branch and this is a good reason not to.

This bank has probably the worst customer service I have seen in long time. Sat down to renew my mortgage and thought everything was getting processed to get a call two weeks later asking to meet about my mortgage with another person. Nothing was done. I ask to speak to the manager to let he know I think this is unacceptable service. She is very apologetic and says she will look into the matter as the client is a the center of everything they do. A month later I have not heard anything. I send an email.nothing. Avoid this bank at all costs.they don't deserve your business.

Never answer their phone. WHY? PLS TEAM YOU NEED TO ANSWER THE PHONE. WHY YOU GIVE US EXT IF YOU NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE.

Avoid at all costs. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They have no clue what they're doing and elevating an issue to a manager is pointless. The blind leading the blind.

Incredibly inefficient and unorganized staff.

They've lost documents, aren't aware of the accounts I have with them, can't answer questions pertaining to transactions they are in charge of (estate accounts, mortgage payments, refunds from their own insurance policies). They have effectively ruined my step mother's credit score because they couldn't process payments for the mortgage even though they were on time. (Even after talking to their central office.). A truly terrible experience dealing with them for my father's estate, made the process even more discouraging then it already is.

Worst banking experience ever! The banking adviser took literally 1.5 hours to process open a new account. Still he couldn't open, told me to go next day as I had to leave. Worse! Worse! Worse! I was totally mad inside!

I loved the Greek salad. The romaine was crispy and the feta authentic. We'll be back for sure with the grandparents.
