Scotiabank

This branch has kind staff and is usually not too busy which is nice. However, I came 3 times to fix a debit card that wasn't working on POS machines. Seemed like it should've been a simple fix. Not one of the agents working here took an extra minute to figure out why this was and simply replaced my card. So I went to another branch and the agent there actually found the problem - even though they were quite a lot busier.

Boubacar Diallo and the team at this branch were so helpful and efficient, we were able to conduct our bank business in no time at all. My husband doesn't even have an account with Scotia but we were able to complete our transaction without any delay. We have no hesitation recommending this branch, considering we were turned away from the Merivale Road branch earlier that day.
