I have visited this location 3 times and still they do not update my banking as per the need.
I do not understand why I have to call or email them when I was present in the bank and request them to do the needful.
So unprofessional.

They don't care at all about attracting new customers.
Less knowledge than other institutions

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful service. There's a take a number system if you are going to the tellers.

Both my Scotia Bank cards are declined in Florida it is Impossible to reach my Côte St Luc branch. Being put on hold for more than 20 minutes is disgraceful!
I’m switching to another Bank Card and when I return will close out my Accounts

Very very bad service they offer. They told me 3 preotorized payement by checking account after I ll get 300$ cash back in fact they kicked me well. Because of their bad system I lost my job

This is by far the best bank I've ever visited. I went today and received the most welcoming, professional, friendly and helpful staff and service EVER experienced in life. Jeff Frankel greeted us (my baby) with so much care and patience. I was walked through options and thorough details were given at every step. Very impressed by the warmth felt at this branch, especially during Covid. I highly (x10000) recommend this branch to anyone who is looking to open or combine their banking and mortgages. The team there is phenomenal! Thank you again. I am a proud Scotiabank client.

Friendly Staff, but they were not able to withdraw cash from my personal (another bank) using my debit CARD in order to make a deposit into a friends Scotiabank Account. So be warned, they do not have the ability to use interact at their branch. Don't waste your morning. Scotiabank informed me to head to my bank, obtain the cash from my account and then come back, not happening.

Long wait. I opened a business account and I can't print voided cheques. And then, it's very complicated to order cheques. Scotiabank's online customer service cannot do much.
